Lerici. 5 lands. Palmaria Island. Portovenere. A few steps from Piazza di Pitelli, independent entrance on the ground floor on a pedestrian street. Completely renovated and newly renovated, fully equipped. A private bedroom, with a combination safe to be created by the guest. Day room with sofa bed and kitchenette with table and 4 chairs: fridge, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, heating. Toilet with large window equipped with: wc, bidet, double jet shower. Masonry mezzanine with single bed. Outside area with table, chairs, deckchairs, clothesline. Suitable for a couple. Suitable for families with children, up to 5 people, the beds beyond the private room with a double bed are: 1 single bed on a mezzanine masonry accessible with a wooden staircase (also suitable for adults), a sofa bed suitable for two children . Cot for children up to 2 years, staying free, available on request (to be requested when booking).
