The 'Fienile' and 'Casetta' are in Caniparola; 10 minutes drive from the beach. 40 min from Pisa or the Cinque Terre, 1hr 20 min from Firenze. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for a small family. The property has A/C, wireless internet streaming entertainment, outdoor dining and free parking.
The property is in restored farm complex of three buildings built around a brick courtyard. The garden is 2000sqm and has private parking. The location is within walking distance for grocery shopping and there are also pizzerias and restaurants nearby. When not relaxing in the spacious garden; the property is only a few hundred metres from the main Carrara-Sarzana road which means that getting around is both simple and quick.

Des vacances ravissantes !
Une très jolie maison, spacieuse, avec tout le confort nécessaire, décorée avec goût . Le jardin est grand et très bien entretenu, on peut en profiter comme on veut.
La maison est bien située , à proximité des commerces , de la plage et des principaux sites touristiques (Lerici, Portovenere, Pise...)
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et font tout pour rendre le séjour agréable.
C'est vraiment une belle propriété pour passer des vacances en famille, au calme et profiter de la région !

everything you could want
located in the border between Tuscany and Liguria, is the ideal place to spend a relaxing and fun vacation. The cottage is very well maintained and quaint. The large garden surrounding it is the ideal place to spend your days in the sun or enjoying the cool of the evening. Owners very friendly and welcoming respect the privacy of their customers. just a few minutes from the cottage you can visit one of the most beautiful places in Italy, including Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, but if you want to make a few more kilometers you can go to visit the fantastic cities such as Pisa, Florence, Siena. .. in short, everything you could want ...
