Former sheepfold completely renovated recently, located near the sea, in the golf of Parikia.
500 m from the sandy beach of Krios, and 2 km from PARIKIA, the island's main port, Villa Zeus is a large old white house, restored in the traditional Cycladic style. The materials used, the wood, the stone and the marble come from Paros itself, as well as the furniture. The house is built around an interior patio, with lots of space:
4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, large well-equipped kitchen.
Ceiling fans in each room for natural freshness in summer. Large shaded terrace on the west side from where you can see the sea and magnificent sunsets .... The garden is planted with flowering bushes, roses and olive trees.
Very calm environment.
The small town of Parikia, very close, offers many shops, boutiques, supermarkets, taverns, restaurants, bars, etc ... open every day, late at night.

Excellent home

Everything we needed was provided. The house is large, the patio delighful with great views, well stocked kitchen, comfortable places to hang out, lighting was very good. The only improvement would be a house manual to describe the various appliances and how they work.

Maison très agréable

La maison d'herve est très bien situee pres du port, une voiture est nécessaire pour visiter l'île. Maison très agréable pour grande famille ou entre amis, et très bien équipée ( comme à la maison). Nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces et les chambres pour des nuits agréables. Nous recommandons !

trés belle maison avec un belle vue dégagée

dés l'arrivée dans la maison nous nous sommes sentis réellement très bien accueillis le propriétaire est vraiment disponible et a l'écoute; notre séjour s'est déroulé à merveille ; la maison est facile à vivre et surtout très agréable ; de beaux matériaux et une très belle disposition des chambres avec un patio à l'abri ; une route proche mais personnellement cela ne m'a pas dérangé car on n'entend pas les voitures, je recommande cette maison

Villa Zeus veramente magnifica

Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo soggiornato x 10 gg presso Villa Zeus. Posizione meravigliosa con tramonti mozzafiato davanti alla terrazza. Casa fornita di ogni comfort. La consiglio vivamente a chi vuole tranquillità pace ma anche molto vicina al paese. Necessario avere una macchina o uno scooter.

Superbe maison pour un séjour en famille.

J'ai loué cette maison à l'occasion du mariage de mon fils et je ne me suis pas trompée😃 villa spacieuse avec une vue imprenable très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont absolument adorables. J'ai envie de revenir......

Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté du lieu.

L'accueil est parfait. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Elle est magnifique. La plage est à moins de 15 minutes à pied et il est possible de rejoindre Pariaka à pied en longeant la côte. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour la qualité du lieu et de l'accueil.

Maison superbe dans un environnement enchanteur.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux avec nos 4 enfants dans cette très belle maison, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. La vue de la terrasse est sublime et le coucher du soleil est un spectacle chaque soir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié également sa situation sur l'île: à 2 pas des plages (très adaptées aux jeunes enfants), elle est située près de Parikia (facilement joignable à pied, en longeant la côte) mais un peu à l'écart et bénéficie donc d'une grande tranquillité (nous n'entendions que les chèvres, les vaches et les coqs). Et pour finir, merci à Julie et Alexis pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité ! Une adresse que l'on aimerait presque garder pour soi...

"Quelques lignes pour vous dire combien nous avons été satisfait de la bergerie louée a Paros en septembre. Julie nous a bien accueillie, la villa est superbe est bien placée. La taverne de la plage propose des bons menus et la possibilité de prendre le bateau pour rejoindre Parikia est sympathique. Nous avons passé une belle semaine, Merci. Paros est un lieu très sympa pour des vacances et pour feter son anniversaire INOUBLIABLE "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Zeus. Cette dernière est très bien située ... Non loin de Parikia et de la plage de Krios, elle demeure tout de même au calme. Vue imprenable ! La maison est magnifique: L’intérieur est parfaitement agencé et très spacieux. Très bien équipée, la villa dispose de tous les appareils électroménagers dont on peut avoir besoin. Le linge de maison fourni est largement suffisant pour une semaine. Les terrasses sont également superbes ... et bien équipées. Je tiens également à souligner l’accueil sur l''île qui fût parfait. Bref, un endroit que je conseille pour passer des vacances inoubliables !"
