Ražanac is located on the banks of the Velebit Channel in Northern Dalmatia, 19 km from the beautiful city of Zadar. There you can see many tourist attractions like the "Church of St. Donatus", "Sea Organ", "The Greeting to the Sun", famous wide street "Kalelarga”.
The highway (E65) exit is only 12.5 km from the house.
If you appreciate the traditional Mediterranean environment and peaceful, hospitable people, Ražanac is the right place.

Villa La Pieda is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our guests can enjoy full privacy. There is only 1 direct neighbor house, in the backyard of the property. The balcony offers a view of the sea and the Velebit mountain range.
