Villa Teuta is a modern and elegant villa located in the quiet and attractive Zadar area of ​​Arbanasi, in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It is ideal for families or smaller groups looking for privacy, comfort and a relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere, with quick access to all the amenities of the city of Zadar.







The villa has three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and its own air conditioning, which ensures maximum comfort throughout the stay. Guests have at their disposal two modern bathrooms with showers. The spacious living room is equipped with SAT TV and a comfortable sofa bed, and is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Perfect Trip to Zadar 😍

It was just perfect. We loved the pool and the barbecue place, we played table tenis and had quiet nights in big comfortable king size beds. The kitchen equipment was great as well 👌

Fantastic place

We had at wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa. The place is amazing, and much better than we expected. The house has everything you need for at great holiday, the garden area and the pool is lovely, the beds are perfect. Everything very modern and completely clean. We can highly recommend this villa for everyone who would like to spend their vacation in a luxorious villa, close to the beach, the citycentre, the bakery and the supermarket.

Sehr schönes Haus, wie auf den Bildern

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es liegt sehr gut, zum einen nah zum Meer, (3 min mit dem Auto, Parkplatz dort war nie ein Problem) aber auch nur 5 min in die Stadt. Man hört zwar am Pool etwas die Straße, aber nicht so, dass es stört.

Tolles Haus, leider sehr laute Nachbarschaft (auch nachts bellende Hunde gegenüber)

Das Haus war sehr sauber, alles was benötigt wird, war vorhanden. Der Pool ist leider sehr klein. Am besten reist man aber mit dem Auto an, denn ansonsten kann man nicht viel unternehmen, ohne einen Fussmarsch zu machen, da das Haus außerhalb vom Zentrum liegt. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub...

Es war tatsächlich alles so wie beschrieben und zum Teil sogar noch besser. Alles war sauber, alles hat funktioniert…der Aufenthalt war ein echter Genuss. Perfekt für 6 Personen bzw. 2 Familien. Inklusive Stellplätze für 2 PKW‘s im abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Wir fanden alles so vor wie beschrieben, wenn nicht besser: Wundervolles Haus, alles funktioniert, sauberer Pool, der mehrmals wöchentlich geprüft wurde, großer Grill, Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger und Bälle, alle Zimmer mit AirCon, Küchenzeile mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Was will man mehr? Danke an Martina :-)

Tolles Haus

Casa Teuta ist ein modern und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr sauber! Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Wir waren zu viert, für 6 Personen erachten wir den Platz jedoch als etwas zu knapp bemessen.

Magnifique villa avec piscine proche de Zadar

Nous avons séjourné à 5 dans la villa. Nos 3 ados ont beaucoup profité de la piscine et de la table de ping-pong. L’extérieur de la maison est très agréable et l’intérieur très bien conçu également ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié le calme et le confort de la villa au retour de nos nombreuses excursions. La situation de la villa, aux portes de la ville de Zadar est idéale ! Zadar est magnifique et dispose d’une position centrale en Croatie. Nous avons pu visiter à la journée : Split, Plitvice, les îles Kornati (excursion en bateau) et de nombreux sites magnifiques à 30 minutes de Zadar comme l’île de Pag, Nin et la plage de la reine, un magnifique canyon proche de Novigrad. A proximité de la maison se trouve une plage (10/15 min à pied) plutôt bien aménagée. Voiture indispensable pour se rendre au centre de la ville car la maison est située dans un quartier excentré.
