About this property

Clementine - Apartment with sea view, WiFi, parking and central heating

This is a gorgeous and generous sized apartment on the 3rd floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 balconies, one of which, with breathtaking sea views. In fact, this is actually one of the best features of this property, from the lounge and master bedroom you may delight from the live painting presented in front of you. The main balcony also has outdoor furniture and the rear balcony has a built-in barbecue.

The whole apartment is very well furnished and is perfect for families with children of any age. Free Wi-Fi is available and cable TV and a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs are great features for indoor entertainment.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you may need to cook nice homemade meals during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and the last one is a twin bedroom with two single beds and an additional folding bed (most suited for children or young teenagers). The family bathroom has shower over bath and both bathrooms have heated towel rails.

The apartment is about 1 km from the beach and downtown with its variety of cafes and restaurants.

The owners have thoughtfully left at your disposal a variety of equipment for families with small children: a high chair, travel cot, baby bath tub, a potty, baby cups, spoons and bowls.

Ruhige Wohnung mit Superaussicht

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit grandioser Aussicht über die Stadt und die Nazarebucht. Sie entspricht ziemlich genau der Beschreibung und war dank der guten Zentralheizung auch bei dem zu dieser Jahreszeit manchmal herrschenden kühl-feuchten Tagen kuschelig war. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen

Apartamento em zona sossegada, muito bem equipado e com uma fabulosa vista para o mar. As divisões têm dimensões grandes e está efetivamente preparado para acolher 7 pessoas. Como ponto negativo registo apenas o mau estado de conservação da cama da suíte. Tem o estrado partido e, como solução para não cair, colocaram bocados de madeira no chão para apoiá-lo.
