Apartment completely renovated recently in the top floor of a luxury villa, beautiful decor, complete privacy, tranquility and views of the sea.

It has 3 bedrooms:
1 double room overlooking the field.
1 bedroom with a single bed and extra bed, overlooking the field.
1 double suite with private bathroom, overlooking the sea.
1 bathroom.

1 dining room and living in open space

Shared garden with lawn 200 m2, tables, chairs and barbecue will be provided to be able to dine on the veranda or simply enjoy beautiful sunsets, and where your children can play without any problem.

Just right

Stayed for a couple of nights to see the waves at Nazare. Nice quiet peaceful property, lots of space and friendly host. Plenty of parking and lovely location.

Great stay.

We received a very warm welcome from Ana Maria who showed us around and gave us some information about Nazaré, plus the complimentary wine was very nice. The accommodation was very clean and has all the amenities you’d need and was just perfect for our short stay. The purpose of our stay was to see the famous waves which fortunately came on our last day… a good 30ft- 40ft swell so the location was ideal as it’s only a 20 minute walk to the lighthouse. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again…..10/10!

Spacious three bedroom apartment with small balcony

We very much enjoyed our stay in Nazare. This apartment is on top of the owner’s home who are a lovely helpful couple. Thanks for doing a load of laundry for us!! The house is not on the water but you do have a nice view of the ocean. It’s about 1 km from the beach where there are huge waves. It’s not possible to swim here but the Nazaré beach is just a 10 minute walk to the funicular which takes you to the beach.

A late summer ocean dream come true

Our hosts Ana and Julio were fantastic and warm and hospitable. The house is such a fun find. It is the entire third floor and while there is no AC there are ocean breezes and you can hear the waves 24/7. It’s a close walk or drive down to the north beach and the sunsets are magnificent. We drove through lower Nazare and it was not for us but the upper where this rental is is marvelous. Eat at Fonte Mar - walk there is your legs aren’t tired. Listen to the church bells, eat the seafood and enjoy the delight that this area and rental affords. Perfect ending to our 2 weeks!

La estancia ha sido fabulosa. La casa es más bonita aún que en las fotos, impecablemente limpia y con todos los utensilios necesarios. Está situada muy cerquita de la playa de la Gran Ola, parque acuático, funicular para bajar al pueblo y mirador de El Sitio, se puede ir andando. Hemos ido 2 familias de 2 adultos y un niño cada una, y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Julio y Ana muy amables. Lo recomendamos totalmente.

Wonderful place to stay!

The house was just as advertised with attentive hosts and in a very convenient location. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. Ample parking and walkable to everything Nazare has to offer. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we returned.

Perfect

Charming and attentive hosts thought of everything and spared no expense. Quality everything. Located a short walk to the top of the funicular so out of the fray but walking distance to all Nazaré offers. Look no further, this is ideal in every way. Beautiful sea views, nice outdoor space, two balconies and two bathrooms.

Superbe appartement . Nous avons adoré, l'appartement dans ça globalité, la vue depuis le balcon, le bruit des vagues, la plage à proximité très réputé, le jardin arboré et surtout l'accueil de Mme Ana Maria . Ma facilité à parler portugais a été pratique , mais Mme Ana Maria à toujours fait l'effort pour parler en français.bravo. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Grande bejos.

Nette Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir waren mit der Wohnung durchaus zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Lichturm sowie der Strand sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gut. Ein paar Kritikpunkte: Die Besitzer wohnen ebenfalls im Haus und es ist recht hellhörig, gerade abends. Die Angabe mit der Waschmaschine stimmt nicht ganz, weil diese nicht in der Wohnung, sondern bei den Eigentümern steht. Uns persönlich war es etwas blöd, sie danach zu fragen. Und eine Geschirrspülmaschine wäre wünschenswert, aber über ihre Abwesenheit wußten wir natürlich vorher Bescheid. Die Unterkunft würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Very well appointed place and lovely hosts.

We really enjoyed our time in Nazare, and this house was a perfect location for us. We could easily access the lower city area by furnicular and had an easy time driving to and from other places when we wanted to do day trips. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

Very Nice appartment, with a lovely wiev of the ocean and with everything that you need.

We loved our stay at vila Ana! The appartement was very clean and nice and Ana and her husbond were very helpfull and welcoming! We went with two kids of 4 years and 7 months and they loved to play in the garden or just being in the appartement. The location is supreme - close to the ocean and in a very calm area with a nice playground for children. We would definitely recommend vila Ana!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely views of the sea. Nicely positioned so not too busy, plenty of space to park and only 5 mins walk from the old town. Ana Maria was really helpful and friendly too. Would definitely come back! Muito Obrigada :-)

Alles perfekt

Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist hell, geräumig und sehr liebevoll, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders haben wir die Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon aus genossen. Toll ist auch der separate Grillplatz im Garten, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich und kümmert sich in angenehmer Weise um ihre Gäste. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und ideal, um ins Sitio zu gehen, wo man bummeln kann und kleine Cafes und Restaurants findet, ohne vom Massentourismus überrollt zu werden, wie im unteren Teil Nazares. An den Stränden, die man mit dem Auto in der Nähe erreicht, befinden sich oft kleine Tavernen aber auch Ende Juli noch relative Ruhe. Wir würden unseren nächsten Urlaub gerne wieder hier verbringen!
