My house is 400 m. far from the nearest beach! The house has 1 spacious living room, 1 bedroom (queen size bed, 2 people), 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 2 people), 1 kitchen with dishwasher, laundry area (wash. Mach), spacious terraces with scenic view, parking lot.
The surrounding area is completely "green" thanks to the tipical mediterranean flora. Moreover, the area is quite peaceful with few other cottages. Finally, I am sure that he will be able to give you an amazing summer experience, enjoying the sun, the silence and the peace of Elba.
