The house is located in a unique position with an amazing view of the seaside and the islands and surrounded by an exclusive garden and the nature. In a quiet and silent setting, the house stands out for a panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy unsurpassed and suggestive sunsets over the sea and the islands of Capraia and Corsica, and typical scents of the Mediterranean scrub and the garden of tamarisk and oleanders, pittosporum and geraniums.
The closest beach is Cotoncello (400 mt.) which can be easily reached on foot from the municipal road and then on a path. It is a small free sandy beach suitable for children surrounded by granite rocks.
The beach of Sant'Andrea equipped with umbrellas and boat, dinghy and canoe rental, is about 1 km from the house following the asphalt road or internal paths in about 15 minutes. For those arriving by car, the house has a private parking.

Beautiful stay, nice hosts, great nature

We had a nice stay as family, no disturbance from mobile phones because there is almost no cellular network there. The access to the parking lot is quite steep and might not fit for all cars, which should be considered, other parking is hard to find. We felt very welcomed with the hosts, who spoke italian and german. Thank you!

This is a magical place with an amazing view, all well équiped and communication with the owner is fast and efficient. If you are Looking for a place in the middle of nature and quiet. Casetta piccola ma graziosa, un ampio giardino recitato e molto vivibile in ogni momento della giornata e che compensa gli spazi interni che risultano comunque ben organizzati. Il giardino ben recintato è molto utile soprattutto per chi, come noi, viaggia con un amico a 4 zampre. Si è immersi in una natura selvaggia e profumata, è possibile raccogliere frutta fresca nei dintorni, pere, prugne, more, fichi... Attrezzature essenziali ed economiche, comoda la presenza delle zanzariere il complesso risulta gradevole e familiare. La zona è residenziale, bisogna utilizzare l'auto per accedere ai servizi. Il supermercato più vicino si trova a Marciana Marina, quindi bisogna considerare un percorso di circa mezz'ora. Un po' di salite e curve lungo il percorso. Nelle vicinanze, in collina, due borghi molto carini come Marciana e Poggio, con locali, gelateria, farmacia e una vista meravigliosa sulla costa e sulla montagna circostanti. I tramonti da casa sono indimenticabili cosi come il cielo stellato alla sera. Silenzio, rumori della natura e del mare, una vacanza molto piacevole anche per i sensi La caletta del Cotoncello è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti, leggermente più faticoso il ritorno perché in salita, ma il percorso è breve. Mare colori e ambiente suggestivi, scogli comodi e lisci, un bel fondale e tanta fauna marina. 5 minuti in auto per raggiungere Sant'Andrea e un lido attrezzato. L'Elba che noi amiamo, selvaggia e accogliente. Proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Einmalige Erholung

Die Neuerungen haben uns beeindruckt. Wir waren heuer zum 3. Mal bei Marco und Manuela, ihren Wildschweinen und Geckos zu Besuch. Die Mosquitovorkehrungen verbessern nur das Erlebnis in dieser wunderschönen Lage. Das Haus ist sauber und der Ausblick einmalig! Danke Manuela!

Schöner Ort im Sommer zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich im Herbst nur bedingt. Bei schönem Wetter völlig ok. Bei Herbstwetter ist sie etwas feucht und hat zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht viel Sonne.

Scorcio dell’Elba incantevole

Casa Manuela è veramente carina , non molto spaziosa ma accogliente e pulita e silenziosa. Attrezzata benissimo di stoviglie e tutto ciò che può servire in cucina . La parte esterna molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata è il punto forte con una vista impagabile sulla baia del Cotoncello e tramonti fantastici.La caletta del Cotoncello si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti e ha una spiaggetta stupenda con 2 Tamerici secolari veramente belli e tutto intorno la scogliera incantevole , quel posto ci ha veramente stregati . C‘è poi un sentiero sulla scogliera che dal Cotoncello in 10/12 minuti porta alla spiaggia attrezzata di Sant’Andrea dove vi sono vari ristoranti e locali e qualche negozio .La proprietaria veramente simpatica e discreta . Se dovessimo tornare all’Elba ci torneremo di certo . Bellissima vacanza in totale relax.

Casina molto curata nell'arredo,cucina attrezzatissima, frigo e frezer utili per fare la spesona visto che in zona c'è solo solo un minimarket.. Vista mozzafiato sul mare e tramonto memorabili.silenzio assoulto. Pulizia non eccellente,la presenzadi numerose zanzare avrebbe richesto le zanzariere. La sig.ra Manuela è stata molto.cortese, accogliente e disponibile a indicarci spoagge e luoghi di interesse.

Bella vacanza x chi come noi ama la tranquillità, delizioso appartamento tra limoni bouganville oleandri e gerani e con una bellissima vista sul mare..... Vicinissama alle spiagge tra le più belle...se vi piace passeggiare alcune raggiungibili anche a piedi...

Casa accogliente,forse un po' piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario per passare una buona vacanza in famiglia. La vista, il luogo e lo spazio esterno attrezzato danno sicuramente un valore in più alla struttura. Qualche problema con le zanzare. Comoda la discesa alla spiaggia del cotoncello che si raggiunge in 10min, spiaggia da cui poi seguendo il passaggio sulla costa si può raggiungere quella più attrezzata di S.Andrea.

Casa Manuela

Per gli amanti della natura e della tranquillità, questa casetta è davvero carina, immersa nel verde a dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia del cotoncello. La vista è spettacolare e la sera si possono ammirare bellissimi tramonti. La consiglierei soprattutto a chi ha un cane perché c'è un bel cortile ed una comoda canna dell'acqua con cui si può sciacquare il nostro amico a quattro zampe, dopo il bagno in mare. Infine, ma non meno importante, vorrei segnalare la cortesia e la gentilezza dei padroni di casa.

Naja..

Wir waren im Juni für eine Woche mit 2 kleinen Kindern im Ferienhaus. Positiv: - große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer - Alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, die man so braucht - Innenbereich war größtenteils sauber, Betten gepflegt Die Negativliste ist dafür leider etwas länger: - Kein persönlicher Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir wurden von einer Dame empfangen, die kein Wort Deutsch oder Englisch konnte. Uns wurde nicht erklärt, wie/wann der Müll weggebracht wird, oder sonstige lokale Gegebenheiten oder Tips. Es gibt eine 3-seitige Info, die wir dann auf Nachfrage gefunden haben. - Es ist innen sehr klein, für 4 Personen eigentlich ungeeignet. Sehr eng und funktioniert nur, wenn man den Tag draußen verbringen kann - wirkt außen wie innen ziemlich verwahrlost. Vor allem der Außenbereich stellt sich anders als auf den Bildern dar. Die große Palme fehlt, die sogar in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird. Der Grill war noch voller alter Kohle. Die Markise spendet nur bis Mittags Schatten, es gibt auch keinen Schirm wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Bereich um die Einfahrt ist verdreckt. - die Einfahrt zum Anwesen ist von beiden Seiten mit Sträuchern zugewachsen. Man kommt mit dem Auto nicht daran vorbei, ohne sich den Lack zu zerstören. An meinem Wagen sind nun beidseitig Außenspiegel, Kotflügel und Türen vom Rosmarinstrauch zerkratzt. - Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen - Kein WLAN und sehr schlechter Handyempfang - Keine Spülmaschine - Nachts draußen Wildschweine und Rehe Fazit 👎

La casa è data in affitto secondo un criterio di assoluta trasparenza . Tutte le caratteristiche sono riportate nel sito di Vrbo. Caratteristiche generali compreso le misure delle stanze e dei letti, sono scritte minuziosamente nella sezione struttura. Nel prezzo della locazione non vengono fornite le lenzuola dei letti e gli asciugamani ma solo su esplicita richiesta a pagamento. La casa è attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve per un piacevole soggiorno. La lavastoviglie volutamente per problemi di acqua che all'Elba è molto preziosa, come scritto nel sito, è assente. La Wi-Fi al momento non è presente ma stiamo lavorando per istallarla. La zona presenta difficoltà di connessione. Nella descrizione della casa sulle notizie di Vrbo risulta che la palma che abbelliva il giardino è morta nel 2019 causa il punterolo rosso . E' stata sostituita da una pianta di Tamerice.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Casa Manuela! Das Häuschen ist klein aber dank der geräumigen Terrasse bietet es genügend Platz. Der Check-in mit Sonia lief super. Einzige kleine Mankos waren die Qualität der Matratzen (aber man gewöhnt sich an alles) und die Sauberkeit des WCs. Allerdings verblasst all das vor dem unglaublichen Ausblick über die Bucht von Sant'Andrea die einen schönen Sandstrand bietet. Der Strand von Cotoncello hingegen ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und umringt von eindrucksvollen Granitfelsen, die sanft ins Meer abfallen und mühelos auch mit einem Dreijährigen zu erreichen sind. So ein schönes Meer habe ich selten gesehen! Manuela und Marco waren am Wochenende in ihrem angrenzenden Ferienhaus und waren sehr nett und äußerst zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder! Vielen Dank!

Toller Blick übers Meer

Ein niedliches kleines Häuschen mit toller Terrasse. Zum Strand Cotoncelllo kann man recht schnell zu Fuß hinuntergehen. Zum Strand von Sant*Andrea sind es etwa 15 Min.

Traumterrasse...

...mit Sonnenuntergang über der Bucht von Cotoncello - einer der schönsten Ecken Elbas. Wir haben 2 herrliche Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung genossen. Das Häuschen ist einfach, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Privatsphäre bei zeitgleicher Meernähe (10 Min. zu Fuß) super!

Die Palme bei der Terrasse ist gefällt(!) Das ist nicht in Ordnung, dass dass Inserat damit wirbt!

Es braucht dringend ein neues Schloss an der Türe des großen Schlafzimmers. Es kreischt beim Benutzen so laut, dass man immer erwacht, wenn jemand nachts zur Toilette geht. Alfred

Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Hang mit Blick über das Meer, so wie man es auch auf den Fotos sieht. Nur die Palme ist inzwischen gefällt. Das Haus ist nicht groß, aber durch die günstige Raumaufteilung und die sehr großen Terasse für eine vierköpfige Familie gut geeignet. Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, auf der anderen Seite liegt das Ferienhaus der Vermieter, die sehr freundlich waren. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca 10 Minuten), aber da die nächste Bushaltestelle etwa eine halbe Stunde Fußweg entfernt liegt, empfielt sich ein Auto.
