Netter Aufenthalt
Das Objekt entspricht dem Prospekt und war in einem guten Zustand. Die Lage kann als sehr gut bezeichnet werden. Als leichte Kritik möchten wir den nicht ordentlich gereinigten Abfluss der Dusche (durch Haare verstopft) nicht unerwähnt lassen. Ebenso wäre eine Einspeisung auch von deutschen Fernsehprogrammen (wenn möglich) wünschenswert. Leider wurden in dem Gebäude und direkt daneben ebenfalls Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, die schon zu einer gewissen Lärmbelastung geführt haben, aber dies ist nicht dem Vermieter anzulasten. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und können das Objekt weiterempfehlen.
