This is a very spacious and comfortable villa with a living space of 250 m² on an area of 3000 m². This villa is for 12 people and has a very quiet location. The swimming pool is 6 steps lower and has its own pool house.
The villa is located in the hills of the bay of Sainte-Maxime and on top of that you also have a sea view.
All around there is a very nice view of the green hills of the Massif des Maures.

Points positifs : -la vue mer et montagne -le calme -la grande piscine sécurisée Points négatifs : -ménage pas nickel : trace de pieds sur les fauteuils blancs du salon et sur les transats de la piscine / carrelage de la terrasse pas nettoyée / plancha et son meuble pas propres et présence d'un pot avec des mégots non vidé à notre arrivé -literie nulle pour les lits de 2 places : matelas trop fin, on sent les lattes -manque de matériels : pas de poubelles dans les salles de bain, manque de plats et ustensiles dans la cuisine (ex : seulement 2 bols!!) / l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas (nous attendons toujours pour en avoir un), panier du bas du lave-vaisselle cassé -pas de wifi à notre arrivée : j'ai dû moi-même m'occupé du technicien Orange pendant mon séjour d'une semaine -douche bouchée et fuite dans un des toilettes : réparée rapidement par le gérant Attention : maison pour 11 personnes et pas pour 12 personnes comme annoncé sur l'annonce
