Recently refurbished 3 bedroom Villa on the edge of the golf course not far from the centre of Vilamoura.

For sun worshippers there is a lovely roof terrace, for beach lovers Falesia and Vilamoura beaches are a few minutes away and for golfers there are 6 excellent courses within 5km.

It is very close to the 5 star Hilton Hotel which has a state of the art Spa. Vilamoura Marina which is surrounded by bars, restaurants & chic boutiques is close as are the facilities of "The Old Village"

A very good villa & well equipped. Property mgt very good. Could do with a hoover in the villa. The description of the location could be better as it was misleading as the distance to the Marina & local shop is not walking distance. Overall loved our stay!

The pictures are deceptive

The property is much smaller than the pictures suggest. Considering the standard of the fixtures and fittings, we thought the rental to be overpriced. Overall presentation could have been much better.

Family summer holiday

Lovely villa in a quiet location. Villa is on the outskirts of Vilamoura, marina and is about a 30 minute walk away so we tended to get Ubers. This was a well equipped villa though plastic cups for outdoors and a clothes airer would have been useful. Communication with property manager on arrival and during stay was excellent. On the whole I would say this is a reasonably priced good.standard property and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

Excellent property equipped to high standard

One week stay with Son, his partner and our 15month grandson. Initially concerned about the number of steps both inside and out, but we managed and grandson really loved playing in the garden. Great barbecue which we used most nights. Kitchen well equipped, slight problem with power on one evening but this was quickly resolved with a phone call. Communication excellent before arrival.

Casa com boas condições mas muito barulho à volta

A casa tem as condições reunidas para uma família de 6 pessoas passarem umas boas férias. No entanto não foi possível porque tivemos de viver uma semana com o barulho de 2 construções de manhã à noite, incluindo o sábado. A juntar a isso o ladrar constante dos cães da vizinha ao lado (com quem tentámos falar mas a senhora é surda). No final da semana podemos concluir que o aluguer da casa foi extremamente caro.
