The renovated three-room apartment in Tuscany with two bedrooms and a 90 sqm private rooftop terrace is located in a quiet location of Marina di Grosseto. It lies on the first floor of a three-family house. The beaches of Marina di Grosseto are only 300 meters away, as is the town center.



Entering the apartment you find the kitchen and dining area with enough space for 4 people. From here you reach the two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and the washing machine complements the space offered on this floor.



From the kitchen you have spiral staircase that leads to the large private roof terrace, the absolute highlight of this apartment. From here you can enjoy absolute privacy during sunbathing and all other activities and have at the same time an unobstructed view of the surroundings. The terrace is also suitable for a barbecue with friends or the family and where children can play safely in a protected area.

Se potessi portarmi a casa la terrazza lo farei e credo che la maggior parte del tempo trascorso in casa lo abbiamo passato lì. La terrazza è stupenda, privata e ariosa. La casa è molto carina e corrispondente alle foto presenti. Se dovessi fare delle osservazioni forse ricadrebbero sulla tv un po’ piccolina e sul box doccia un po’ traballante. Ma nel suo complesso la casa è graziosa, ha una posizione decisamente strategica e riservata con vista sulla pineta. L’accoglienza è stata ottima. Grazie

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit guter Erholung. Die Dachterrasse zur alleinigen Nutzung ist riesig und super. Man kann toll entspannen, sich sonnen und auch die schattigen Plätze laden zum gemütlichen chillen ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden. Vielleicht könnte man über die Anschaffung einer Geschirrspülmaschine nachdenken.

Casa in posizione ottimale, splendida terrazza fresca tutto il giorno sfruttabile h24 che compensa la mancanza di un salotto. Cucina attrezzata. Casa ben arieggiata con climatizzatore in sala e nelle camere. Unico piccoli neo il nostro cane non riusciva a scendere dalla scala a chiocciola che portava in terrazza.
