Villa apartment with private pool, AMAZING sunsets, 7-8 min by foot to beach.
Very quiet, in a lovely residential area overlooking the whole town. Modern, sleek, fabulous feel with views to the sea from both bedrooms. Heated pool with salt water, so it is usable most fo the year round. Only 7-8 minutes by foot to the beach, and also to the old town. One minute by car to some great tennis courts!

We are a small family based in London, with a little baby girl and two big boys, and a little dog. ... We have an olive farm nearby so we live half the year between the two places. Italy is our love story.
Why they chose this property
We recently bought this house to be at the seaside so we can spend more time in Italy. we have spent almost 20 years in Maremma and it has become our second home.
What makes this property unique
Well, the views and the sunsets are the biggest luxury one can ask for! You can often hear the waves very loudly, and we sometimes sleep outside to fully enjoy the stars, the sounds and the smells!
