Spacious apartment a few meters from the beach.
The property has one bedroom with a double bed and two extra single beds.
In a very quiet area between mountains and beaches, about 5-10 minutes walk from the port and center of the town of Puerto de Pollensa.
Nice walks on foot and by bike, no car necessary.
It has restaurants, supermarkets, clothing stores, bike rental shops.

Ok apartment but with reservations about some aspects

Overall a good experience although somewhat basic property. Very surprised to find there was no balcony (perhaps I should have checked but virtually all apartments in Puerta Pollensa seem to have one. There was no electric kettle and tv only worked on one channel and connections on back of tv held together by gaffer tape. The second set of keys also failed to have the correct key for the main entrance to the block

Hi David, I'm sorry to hear about those issues that have disappointed you. About the balcony, the apartment has huge windows where you can enjoy with incredibles views to the mountain and the beach and common spaces with sunbeds near by the pool, but has not balcony, as It"s on the add, unfortunatelly not all the apatments in Puerto de Pollensa have them. Regarding the TV, It has not only one channel, they can be changed with the control remite. About the keys, there are 2 sets of keys, both of them have 2 keys, one for the main entrance of the building and for the entrance of the apartment, as the second entrance, the glass door, can be open from the switch next to the entrance door to the building, in addition one set of the keys has also that key, that would't be necessary.
