This apartment is located in one of the most ideal locations in Puerto Pollenca in Bocquer less than 200 metres to the beach and the infamous Pine Walk. Also around 200 metres to the nearest bars and restaurants so perfectly positioned.

Puerto Pollensa is one of the most researched holiday resort in Majorca

A car is not needed but helps if looking to explore the Island as there are so many places to see .

The complex has a great swimming pool which is only available to residents . The pool is one of the biggest in the Port of Pollensa ( 17 m x 9 m )with steps at one end for the younger guests. In fact it’s difficult keeping the kids out of it !!

This apartment offers a wonderful private and secure environment for families, couples, groups and cyclists.

Besides the gardens, the apartment has a terrace BBQ area with , WIFI,DVD,satellite English TV, Spanish TV.

All in all a great place for a relaxing family holiday .

Wonderful holiday apartment in Porto Pollensa

We stayed a week in this lovely apartment. Everything about the place was ideal, from the very straightforward process to check in, the quality of everything in the apartment, and the lovely and well kept shared pool area. Easy to get in touch with the host/property manager if anything is needed; they helped us arrange an airport transfer. The area is nice and peaceful and very close to the pine wall with its shops and restaurants. A real gem of a place!

A really lovely property, great pool & lovely area. Walkable to the beach and small supermarket. Some wear and tear in the property but nothing major and very clean. The owner was great and very responsive, got back to any questions we had almost immediately and sorted anything out that needed sorting.

The apartment was well equipped and immaculatly clean and a fantatic size for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The pool was a lovely addition and the grounds are well maintained. Its so close to the beach and a local shop/restaurants its location is great. The hosts were quick to answer and questions, overall communication was excellent. This is a location and apartment we will return to, hopefully in the near future.

We had a lovely week at this apartment. Situated only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was clean, modern and very spacious for the 5 of us. Lovely decor with comfortable furniture. I would have given this place 5 stars but unfortunately the pool area was out of use as it was being renovated and we were not informed about this prior to our holiday which was a shame as we chose this accommodation for the pool amenities. I would however recommend this apartment for a relaxed family holiday.

Lovely apartment in beautiful porto pollenca

Just enjoyed a fab week here. The apartment is very smart, comfortable and really well equipped. Very quiet when we were there. Easy stroll to beach, shops , restuarants etc and porto pollenca is such a nice resort, big enough to have everything, but relaxed and such a pretty bay .Had some great meals out, especially enjoyed Angelo's. Local buses are very cheap and efficient. First time not having a car didn't miss it. Great communication from David . Will definitely be back

Perfect holiday apartment

We had a lovely time in David and Jo's apartment. This was our first properly holiday with our 1 year old so we weren't sure exactly what we needed but this worked out perfectly. David was on hand to help with any queries (cot hire, taxi recommendations, check in details) and resolved everything immediately. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything required. The pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves often and restaurants/supermarkets/shops and the beach all just a short stroll away. We had a really lovely time and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you!

Bocquer Apartment

We keep coming back to Puerto Pollensa and this year the Bergantin Apartment in the Bocquer area did not disappoint. It is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location, with nice gardens and a large shared pool. We are already thinking of next year.

David was superb, with great communication from initial booking and throughout. The apartment is equipped to a high standard, very modern and perfect for our stay. The apartment was very clean with everything in good working order. I would highly recommend David and his property if you would like a quiet spot that is in easy/close walk to the pine walk/beach that has a communal pool. 10/10..

Hospital stay

Apartment lovely, owner lovely, location lovely, management company ok. Made several complaints re the pool - lots of green, didn’t look great, stained all the swimsuits. Currently have one daughter in hospital on IV antibiotics for an ear infection and the other daughter being treated with antibiotic ear drops for an ear infection. Doctors seem to think swimming pool is the likely culprit. I advise using ear plugs or similar in the pool just in case.

Its a luxury apartment 200 metres from the famous Pine Walk . So ideal for both chilling around the pool or on the beach .
Everyone who stays returns here as it has its own private pool / its so near to the beach and in an ideal position for the great restaurants . This is a family friendly resort and a great chill out area. If you are feeling energetic then try out the water sports near by or better still the cycling out here . its great ... in fact the sky team train here .

What makes this property unique

This is one of only a handful of truly luxurious modern which are fully equipped with ALL mod cons and everything you will need for a great holiday . The apartments within walking distance of the pine walk . The whole block is privately owned by individuals and the community maintains a great family feel . Over the years as visitors we have made many new friends .A great complex a great area - all in all a great holiday to be had by all .
