Luxury House on Golf Course Caleta De Fuste

Interior: Our spacious, single storey house is beautifully furnished in a contemporary, comfortable style. The large open plan living area incorporates a formal dining table and has patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a separate kitchen which has everything required for a self catering holiday including two fridge/freezers, and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The house has four spacious bedrooms, all of which have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, comfortably sleeping 9 people.
Exterior: The exterior of this detached house is surprisingly large. Patio doors from the living area lead to the pool and sunbathing terrace. The 8m x 4m electrically heated pool is accessed by Roman steps and is surrounded by a large patio area where there are ample sunbeds. There is a large shaded pergola for those who prefer the shade, and a smaller one for the kids with a wendy house. There is a barbecue and plenty of patio dining furniture to ensure all guests can enjoy alfresco dining.

Hi, our names are Noel and Sandra, we are from Ireland, and love Caleta de Fuste.
Noel loves the beaches in Fuerteventura especially Playa Blanco where there are some waves, but I prefer to stay at my own private pool and bask in the glorious sunshine.

Why they chose this property

Casa de Rossi is situated in a quiet area, close to the Atlántico Shopping Centre where they have the best Pizza, beautiful beaches behind the shopping Centre, and a lovely walkway from there into Caleta Town Centre.
Caleta De Fuste is so family friendly which we love the most.

What makes this property unique

Casa De Rossi is a home from home, it has a very large patio area to the back of the house, unlike some, which have theirs to the front of the property. The property is more private, as we don't have golfers walking past every few minutes. We are situated at the top of the Golf course beside the Golf Hotel, so you don't have to walk too far if you like to golf. We are situated where it's nice and quiet. There's plenty of room at the pool side for up to 9 guests sharing. There's a BBQ at back of property, and a large shaded pergola for those who prefer the shade. We have a smaller pergola for the kids with a wendy house. We also give all our guests a welcome pack to start the holiday off, so you can relax with a cuppa and don't have to run off to the shops straight away when you arrive.
