Ballos is a brand new residence with private pool located in a quiet neighbourhood in Kissamos close to the most famous beaches:
Balos beach 9 km
Kissamos port 1 km
Kastelli village 4 km
Falassarna beach 8 km.
Crystal clear Viglia Beach is only 100 meters away.
Its combines a modern design with all modern amenities such as 3 air conditioning, hydromassage, a smart TV and wi-fi internet.
Our fully equipped residence is ideal for families, group of friends and couples who want to enjoy quiet and relaxing holidays.
The residence is new (built in 2019). The private pool is built in 2021. The equipment and the furniture is also brand new. The residence has sea and mountain view. It is 100 meters away from the Viglia beach.The Home is on the first floor and the private area (only for you) with the garden and the private pool is on the ground floor. Inside the building ground floor is my family storage space (we mainly leave in Chania) and in the first floor there is (my family's) one more independent nextdoor home.
Exploring the area, you can find various either rocky or sandy beaches in small distance away from the house. These beaches are quiet and with clear water. Kissamos port is 1km away from the house, there you can board in ships that takes you Gramvousa island and the famous Balos lagoon. Restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets or anything needed can be found in town Kastelli the center of Kissamos(4km away from the house).

Tolle Urlaubstage in einer schönen Wohnung

Die Wohnung/Haus ist toll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen tollen Pool mit Sonne bis Abends um 17 Uhr. Ein riesiger Balkon komplettiert das angenehme Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind modern und angenehm ( 3 Klimaanlagen im gesamten Haus ) und die Einrichtung mit den Gegenständen des alltägliche Lebens ist super. Das W Lan ist auch ausgezeichnet. Vom Vermieter haben wir auch gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants erhalten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist super. Das Haus liegt ländlich, der nächste Ort ist 3 km entfernt. Empfehlenswert auf jeden Fall ( ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert )

Parfait !!!

La maison est situé à l’écart de Kissamos en campagne face à la mer très proche de la superbe plage de Balos (a faire en fin de journée au coucher du soleil lorsque la foule est partie).Giorgos vous donne, via What’s App, toutes les informations nécessaires pour accéder à la maison qui était dans un état de propreté irréprochable. Arrivant très tard dans la soirée, il nous avait fait des petites courses pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain matin !!! Bref rien à redire, c’est juste parfait !!!! Pour visiter la côte ouest, c’est l’endroit idéal !!!!

Toller Urlaub mit Freunden

Supper engagierter Gastgeber, der einem bei allen Fragen zur Seite steht. Tolle, herzliche Begrüßung. Ruhige, abgelegene Lage, mit dem Auto/Taxi ist man trotzdem schnell in Kissamos City. Falassarna Beach mit dem Taxi erreichbar, sehr empfehlenswert, wie auch die Bootstour zur Balos Lagune und Gramvousa, ab dem Hafen Kissamos, der ebenfalls nur wenige Fahrtminuten entfernt ist. Leider war es nur eine Wohnung, aber dafür eine Top- Ausstattung, sehr sauber! Kein direkter Poolzugang, nur über Treppe erreichbar, war aber nicht schlimm. Außenbereich sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, großer Pool. Party war nur etwas leiser möglich, da es eine benachbarte Wohnung gibt. Klima ist nur im Wohnzimmer und in einem von drei Schlafzimmern. Die anderen beiden Zimmern haben Ventilatoren, es war trotzdem heiß nachts. Resultat: Ein gelungener Urlaub mit 5 Freunden in einem süßen Städtchen, gute Restaurants/ Bars und vielen coolen Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Wiederholungsbedarf.

Thank you for your review and your kind words. It should be noted that the days you stayed made the hottest days of recent years in Kissamos, the temperature reached 40 degrees Celsius! Usually the air conditioners in combination with two fans in the other two bedrooms cool the house quite well, although the most days it is cool just opening the windows. Das herrliche Kissamos

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Apartment, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet; leider war der Zugang zum Pool nicht direkt über das Apartment. Die Klimaanlage war im Wohnzimmer und in dem Hauptschlafzimmer, ansonsten waren zwei Schlafzimmer nicht klimatisiert. Es gab aber Ventilatoren. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in den beliebten Spots! Insgesamt fand ich die Wohnung etwas zu teuer!

It should be noted that the description of the residence clearly states that there are two air conditioners, which in combination with two fans in the other two bedrooms cool the house quite well, although the most days it is cool just opening the windows. In terms of access to the pool the house is on the first floor and the pool on the ground floor so you have to go down the external stairs to go to the pool area. Thank you for booking our house.

A beautiful and pieceful holiday!

The Check-in went smootly and Giorgos was so kind and helpful. He even left us some fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment is beautiful. Even though we thought we were renting a house, the apartment was big enough for five adults and really had everything you needed. The pool is large and in general everything was very clean and in perfect condition. The location of the apartment is very quiet but you can reach the supermarket or the nearby restaurants, which are really all highly recommended, with a rental car in a few minutes. All in all it was a great vacation and we will be back again.

Perfect 🤩

We enjoyed our holidays so much. We loved the house, it was so private and peaceful (except the dogs in the neighborhood, it seemed, they had constantly war with eachother ;-)). We were several times in Crete, but this location was the best we ever choosed. Thank you!!! W+ S+H+M
