About this property

Welcome to Sandy Bottom, where we want to make vacationing affordable again. This is a comfortable beach-themed home located in a quiet neighborhood in the wonderful city of Orange Beach, Alabama. This clean, cozy home is located about 5 miles from the beach, and just a few minute’s walk to Bear Point Marina and OSO restaurant (0.8 miles). Pleasure Island Tiki bar is located at Sportsman Marina and are just about a mile and a half away.
This quiet home away from home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with plenty of room for your family to spread out, relax and entertain. The home has a beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware items to meet your needs while on your stay. The dining table seats four. The living room is neatly arranged for television viewing and family/friendly conversations. The couch will fold out for into a queen memory foam sleeper and other full sized sofa. There is also plenty of room in the living area to add an air mattress for additional guests.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. Second bedroom also has a queen sized bed. All beds are dressed with comfortable white linens. We have 2 full bathroom with tub/shower combination. We have plush towel sets of 6 in the bathroom for your comfort. The place is also equipped with a washer, dryer and dishwasher to make living easier while you enjoy your stay.

The outside of the house it is equipped with a very large covered area that includes a quiet seating area, charcoal pit and a gas grill.
There is plenty of parking to accommodate 3 vehicles and still room to park your boat.

Provided are several beach chairs and beach towels for your use.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. If the house is ready prior to 3:00 p.m. we will contact you to get you in there.
Damage deposit is required and will be refunded through VBRO within 7 days provided post rental inspection passes.

Quick stay

Boater Friendly

I needed a place to stay that I could park my boat/trailer not far from a launch. This place fit the bill perfectly. Even better was how clean I found the unit when I arrived. Will rent again for sure.
