Pros: The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views! Cons: This location is not on a beach! It’s more of a swampy bay that is not safe to swim in due to high levels of bacteria in the water and alligators. We felt a little deceived due to the listing saying private beach (which is the only reason we rented the house).
