Charming appartment on the ski slopes, prestigious, newly built, in the center of San Leonardo/Badia. Two room flat with 2 + 2 beds, 50m ², with elevator. 1 bedroom with double bed (twin beds on request) and en-suite. .Balcony with view of the slope of Pedraces and the UNESCO mountain Santa Croce . Electric induction hotplates, oven, dishwasher,microwave, coffee and toaster and juicer. Washing machine, dryer, ski rack and ski boot warmer.
TV with digital terrestrial, refrigerator, .Underfloor heating. All the home comforts are walking distance – supermarket, pizzeria, bakery, bar etc
Services: A parking space in the garage, private cellar has possibility of ski storage with boots warmer opposite the elevator.
Ski lisft will connect you with the rest of the ski area Alta Badia and with the Sella Ronda with 500 lifts and 130km of groomed slopes. The Dolomiti superski area has connection to South Tyrol, Trentino and Venetia with more than 1200 km to ski
In the village there is the tourist office, ski-pass office, ski rental, snowshoes and mountain biking rentals, playground, Internet point. 1 final Garbage collection included

Il manque un livret d’accueil avec des informations (local poubelle, wifi, les environs).
Nous avons été contrariés de ne pas voir le micro-ondes pourtant indiqué dans la description, les casseroles et poêles sont vétustes, j’ai acheté des dosettes dolce-gusto petit format que je n’ai pas pu utilisés, on ne pouvait mettre que des grandes capacités. Le compartiment congélation devrait être décongelé (1 tiroir ne pouvait pas être ouvert).
Il y a une belle vue sur la montagne, le bruit de la rivière, le garage est appréciable (nous sommes venus en moto au moins le terrain est plat et à l’abri).

hello Micheal the instruction book is available you could have asked if you didn't find it. we were in contact by phone. The oven is a combi oven so both conventional and microwave in the same machine. the pots were bought new in June the cleaner didn't say there were damaged nor you mentioned I would have had new one delivered same day by a friend. We were in communication on Whattsapp I could helped. I have a 5 stars status on other popular portal so I can guarantee you care about my customer. a 3 star is really upsetting. thanks
