A casa disponível não foi a casa que reservei, eramos 5 hóspedes e a casa em que ficamos só tinha capacidade para 4. A proprietária não permite a privacidade dos hóspedes, estando sempre a observar o que se passa. As condições eram muitos boas, contudo a reserva foi para 5 na casa só existia os bens necessários para 4 e apenas para 1 dia. Mas a reserva foi de 2.

Simples e acolheador

Consistindo num conjunto de duas casas de pedra, o alojamento é simples e acolhedor, localizado numa pequena aldeia. A falta de rede móvel é compensada por acesso à internet, assim como um conjunto de comodidades (uma kitchenette, televisão recente, etc), que garantem uma boa estadia. Houve ainda um desfasamento relativo à casa reservada (tendo-nos sido atribuída uma casa diferente da reservada), mas ficamos satisfeitos com o alojamento atribuído. Um bom ano novo!

Nice and quiet

Small house in a quiet side street in Sortelha, just 350 m from the Old Town and Castle. Clean house with good air conditioning. Fast check-in and check-out.

Condições de higiene, precisa-se

Para começar a casa que reservei já estava ocupada e foi colocada à disposição uma outra, para além da proprietária não ter o meu nome na reserva e inicialmente estar a duvidar se foi aquela casa que reservei. Não gostei da limpeza em geral, soalho nos quartos faz muito barulho ao pisar, chaminé da cozinha com abertura para o interior da cozinha e para fora, sofá em mau estado, casas de banho com papel higiénico quase no fim, sem gel de banho e apenas uma casa de banho dispunha de sabonete para as mãos, comando da TV muito sujo, etc Proprietária não parece ter perfil para esta atividade.
