We offer vacation rentals in a very touristy area of Haute-Marne, Lac du Der, the largest artificial lake in Europe.
Enjoy the calm of the countryside in our Champagne farm located in Droyes in a peaceful hamlet surrounded by forests, meadows, close to the Lac du Der (5 km) and its many activities.
Our farm has 3 lodgings which can be rented separately or grouped. We can therefore accommodate from 2 to 20 people, guaranteeing everyone a private space while avoiding overcrowding. A common area allows everyone to enjoy the green spaces and the forest.
We have renovated this half-timbered farm by highlighting the architecture of the past (beams, tiles, bricks) and using healthier ecological materials that respect the environment. The sober and neat decoration gives you a warm and friendly atmosphere in a rustic and authentic setting.
And you can enjoy all the modern comforts that we put at your disposal for each of our cottages: new equipment, private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, one parking space per cottage, large green spaces with trees and flowers (semi enclosed) ), half a hectare of forest with mountain bike trails, an orchard with many fruit trees ...

- Bread oven cottage: individual house for 6/8 people
- The wagon at the edge of the wood: unusual accommodation in an old wagon for 2/3 people
- an outdoor shower room
- on request: additional baby bed, possibility of camping on prior request

Equipment of our gîtes:
- Hifi: televisions (full HD and / or 3D), CD / DVD player (or 3D bluray)
- Internet (free): WIFI
- Appliances (most in class A): dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, VMC, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, pancake / raclette machine, iron and ironing board...
- Heating: electric radiators and high-performance wood stove
- Children's games: swing, bikes, scooters, board games, books, DVDs, toys ...
- Baby equipment: bed, bath, changing table, stroller (on request)
- Security: smoke and monoxide detectors, railings, fire extinguisher

Rental conditions:
- Mandatory deposit: € 500 (payable locally)
- We accept last minute bookings, seasonal rentals, company workers, animals and holiday vouchers.
- Open all year: rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season and during school holidays
