Imagine being in this Top Floor Unit directly on the ocean, as you enjoy your meals & those spectacular complimentary sunsets from the lanai. Nestled 10-15 minutes north of Lahaina, near Kanaapali and Kapalua, this is an optimal location to enjoy all West Maui has to offer....tennis, golf, snorkeling, beach walks, shopping or just kick back and take in some of that well deserved relaxation!

We remodeled in 2018 and enjoyed putting our personal touches on our studio condo which I have nicknamed "Happy-Lani" (Lani means Heaven in Hawaiian). We hope you will love it as much as we do and hope it is worthy of your attention!

Enjoy some spectacular whale watching from your Lanai on Maui (Dec 15 - Apr 15) We are literally only 25 feet away from the ocean!

Our studio condo has 2 flights of stairs (no elevator) but is well worth the walk up to your private and secluded island "home" in paradise. The Pohailani complex offers an oceanfront BBQ/Picnic area and use of the 2 pools and tennis court across the street.

Relaxing Stay!

We had a great week at this condo. Check in and out was easy and the place was very clean. It was very quiet as we didn't hear any neighbor or road noise. I add my voice to the other reviews that the location was amazing. We absolutely loved watching the many whales in the distance from the balcony and even loved using the binoculars that were in the dresser drawer. We ended up wanting a beach chair and since it was the same price to rent one as to buy one, we bought one and left it in the closet. Because we were there for 6 days, the only thing I would wish for was another set of bath towels to have fresh ones after a few days. Other than that, the accommodations were perfect!

Happy Place

Love visiting Maui Hawaii and enjoyed our condo and to die for views!!! Best selling point was the Lanai and being 20’ from ocean. No beach but the nearest is just a block away. Very comfortable bed and ceiling fans were all we needed to stay cool.

Turtle Haven

We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint condo in Maui. We especially loved watching the turtles as they splashed around the sea wall right outside our balcony. Accommodations were modest but exactly what we needed for our visit to this beautiful island. Our hearts felt for all those that lost their homes in Lahaina. We know they will come back Maui strong. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

Fantastic Location. Exactly What We Wanted!

Incredible views. Sea turtles by the shore everyday. Beautiful sunsets. Great location. Well worth the price. Next time we are in Maui, we will stay here again! Property exactly as described. Had nice simple touches like games to play, binoculars, shampoo, guest book with info…. All of these little things can make a big difference. Can’t wait to come back!

Aloha, we are Patrick and Rebecca Quigley and we have always had an admiration and love for being on the water! We have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren. We love traveling to surfing destinations world-wide. Both of us have a passion for the ocean, serenity and the Beautiful World God has created. Why they chose this property

Having met each other many, many years ago, we fell in love and got married on the west side of Maui. There is nothing better than returning to that beloved memory and enjoying it in a prime oceanfront property ... the sound of the water putting you to sleep ... watching the whales in season and spotting turtles in the water all day long.... grab your gear and go out and play in the water ... it doesn't get any easier to snorkel, SUP and surf...or just relax on the lanai with a good book!.

What makes this property unique

This is just a terrific location on West Maui. Nestled between Lahaina/Kaanapali and Kapalua, where golf, tennis, pickleball and of course water play is at your fingertips. There are many beautiful beaches to explore, plus the pool. For those of you that enjoy shopping and the night life of Lahaina, it's just a short drive away. Top it all off with amazing sunsets and these peaceful surroundings...ahhh welcome to Paradise!!
