Holiday home within walking distance of the sea and the beach and near Amsterdam

The home has just been completely newly built and furnished. Fully equipped with underfloor heating on the first and second floor. A curved 4K smart TV from Samsung with the extensive channel package. Netflix is already activated. The property is a short walk from the beach. The garden is around the corner and is shared with other holiday homes. Experience shows that there are several lounge areas where you can sit in peace and enjoy the beautiful evenings.

The space
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer, an induction plate, dishwasher, washing machine and a nice oven with microwave. A Nespresso coffee maker with milk frother and kettle is of course available.

Each bedroom has two single beds that stand behind each other and cannot be pushed together. Each bed has its own wardrobe and a dimmable Hue bedside lamp that you can set in different colors.

Access for guests
Outside you have two wonderful lounge sets separately from each other. Of course there is a Weber BBQ ready for those balmy summer evenings. We are the only one in Wijk aan Zee with an extra outdoor shower in the garden with both hot and cold running water. You have good WiFi coverage everywhere. You have the fastest internet available in the Netherlands. There are no costs attached to this.

Other things to look out for
Parking is free in Wijk aan Zee. There is always room and very close to the village meadow.
