By day, explore nearby vineyards, bastide villages, and scenic countryside. In July and August, enjoy lively night markets right in the village, perfect for tasting local food, wine, and music under the stars.

The village is a perfect location to walk and cycle and to visit the local vineyards. Cycling and walking routes are available in the house.

The nearby bastide town of Duras has a supermarket, tabac, bakers, tea shops, bars, restaurants and the Château. There is a market every Monday and in July and August you can enjoy the night markets where you can experience local produce and local wines. For wine lovers, there are numerous vineyards offering tasting and tours by appointment.

The medieval village, Saint Emilion is one of the most visited sites in France and is only 50 minutes away.

Kayaking nearby at Allemans-Du-Dropt and Port-Sainte-Foy-et-Ponchapt. Just over an hour drive away you will find the Canal de Garonne the perfect location for cycling and walking. If you fancy a day at the seaside, Arcachon is just under 2 hours away.
