Villa Fox Exclusive was newly build and represents modern & luxury style on the Dalmatian coast. Villa is situated in quiet and peaceful area with amazing views of the Mediterranean sea and islands. Surrounded by autochthon plants, olive trees and palms, villa inviting you to spend nice and relaxing holidays with your family and friends. Heated swimming pool and nearby beach makes this villa as good spot during your stay in Croatia.

Our villa is tastefully designed as modern & luxury home. All parts of the villa are fully air-conditioned to provide a cool atmosphere during the whole season. Property include: outdoor area, 1st floor and 2nd floor.

1st FLOOR of the villa is a comfortable living room with wide living room, dining room, one double bed room and one bathroom. With large glass walls kitchen area is connected with outdoor terrace where you can spend time chilling on rattan garniture.

2nd FLOOR of the villa is designed as sleeping area with 2 sleeping rooms and 1 bathrooms. 1st room has large double bed and one extra sofa bed. 2nd room has 2 single beds which can be connected in one double bed on your request. Also on this level you can enjoy another terrace, working table area, soccer table and large walk in wardrobe.

Villa is comfortable for 6 persons in main beds and 2 more people in extra sofa bed which is convenient for two adults.

OUTDOOR POOL AREA of the villa consists:
Pool area with heated swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas, rattan furniture.
Covered terrace with BBQ, table and chairs.
Garden with children playground, free bikes
Small gym & Yoga room
Parking space

* Villa is available for guests and you have complete privacy during your stay at our place.
Available for free: 4 bikes for adults, 2 bikes for kids and one small kids scooter

* No loud music or noise in period from 23:30 to 09:00. (Croatian law for public order and peace during the period of sleep)

* All younger group under the age of 24 must first let us know their age before completing reservation. 300 euro damage deposit upon arrival for young groups.

* We are available and you can always text/call us in case if you have some extra questions or need some help. We can arrange for you taxi transfer from airport to our villa or any kind of activities like boat tour to islands, Krka Waterfalls.
