Spectacular Views - Charming House in Central Todi
House within the medieval town of Todi with spectacular views of the monastery and the surrounding valley. Only a 3 minute walk from the centre of Todi and public parking.
The house offers free Wifi, a Bose sound system, and Chromecast. The bedroom can be configured into two single beds or a double. A pullout is also available in the sitting room for a third person. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, a microwave, dishwasher, a washer - perfect for long and short stays.

A stay tax will be collected on your arrival. The amount of the stay tax is assessed at 1.50 EUR per person per night up to a maximum of 4 nights. Our Property Manager will collect this from you and issue a receipt upon your arrival.

We are both Canadians growing up in Toronto. We now spend much of our time travelling throughout the world. My sister retired some time ago, and I recently retired from a career in management consulting in San Francisco. Being retired, we are able to devote more time to our vacation homes.
Why they chose this property
Our philosophy is simple - we want to provide a high-quality, clean, and comfortable vacation home to our guests at a reasonable and fair price. The house has character and charm while at the same time has all the comforts you need and expect in your temporary home.
We use the funds that we earn from these rentals to upgrade the house and to also offset our costs when we use the house for vacations.
Todi is a wonderful, and friendly town. The surrounding areas are enchanting - Orvieto, Spello, Perugia, Spoleto, Montefalco (just to name a few). From here, you are easily able to take any number of day trips to the surrounding towns. Rome is just a short 2.0 hour bus ride away if you want to take a day-trip there. The train is also coming back in Spring 2026!

What makes this property unique
The house is unique with the living areas spread across three floors. It is not large, but is very functional and roomy. Someone can read in the sitting room, while someone is working at the desk on the landing while someone else is preparing a meal in the kitchen. You wake up in the morning and can see across the valley while hearing the birds sing.
