Lovely stay in Monopoli

We stayed on the second floor of this lovely apartment in the old section of Monopoli. It was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed and also the added bonus of a washer by the shared terrace. Host was easy to reach through WhatsApp. There are a lot of steps to climb but it was worth it to get to the lovely place. We’d definitely stay again. Thank you Lucia 😍

Beautiful Stay at Dimora Eride - Monopoli

We had a fantastic stay (8 days) at Dimora Eride. Dimora Eride is very central and close to everything. The apartment is very clean with a terrace to relax in the afternoon or eat at night ( if you decide not to enjoy all the great restaurants around, like Sottoscoperta).Monopoli is a great place to stay to enjoy Monopoli itself, but also many beautiful cities in the area, like Ostuni, Locorotondo, Fasano, Martina Franca and even Matera …if you have a car. Lucia is a great host and provided precious information during around stay and contacted us to ensure everything was fine. If you are looking to visit an oleifici, go to Oleifici Rotondo Luigi in L’Assunta just 10 minutes away - Antonella and her daughter Sylvana were great to show us around oleifici and helped us in our selection to bring back Oil from their oleifici.

Lovely little apartment with roofterrace and balcony - in the center of the old town.

It is a bit difficult to access this apartment: It is located in the middle of the old town and it is difficult to take af car directly to the front door and even more difficult to find a parking space. 35 steep steps in a rather narrow staircase lead to the aparment - but it is all worth the trouble! The small apartment, sutiable for 2, max 3 persons, is cozy, very clean, with a big bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the street below, a nice bathroom and a tiny kitchen area with seating for 4. The kitchen offers only VERY basic equipment. There is access to a shared roof terrace with a 360 wiev to mainly roofs and church towers. We spent a nice week in Monopoli with this perle of a appartment as a perfect base. Numerous restaurants and bars are within 3-5 minutes walk. Nice and good contact with the owner. H+P.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Monopoli

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der wunderschönen Stadt Monopoli verbracht und wurden herzlich von der Tochter der Eigentümerin mit einer Flasche Rotwein, frischen Kirschen und einem Andenken empfangen. Die von uns angemietete Wohnung lag im 2.OG, war sehr sauber, modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auf dem Balkon kann man entspannt sitzen und die Stimmung genießen. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt, zu den Restaurants und Geschäften sind es nur ein paar Schritte, ebenso zum Stadtstrand mit glasklarem Wasser. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten für den Pkw waren ca.10 min. zu Fuß entfernt, es war überhaupt kein Problem. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Stadt bis hin zum Meer. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und total nett, wir haben von ihr gute Tipps erhalten. Es war für uns eine wunderbare Zeit und wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Ein großes Dankeschön noch einmal!
