The house offers a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with oven, microwave, kettle and more.
At the first floor enjoy the large double-sofa bed with private bathroom. Then on the second floor there is four single beds.
On the last floor there is a equipped terrace with barbecue, table and chairs.

Situated on the sea coast in the centre of the glorious grounds of an historic town “Monopoli” with its impressive baroque churches and Romanesque structured.
Around the area plenty of restaurants, luxury bars, café’s serving traditional dishes of the region.
“Entertainment”: traditional religious and music festivals are celebrated around the town and are often very spectacular.

Monopoli a great place to relax between sightseeing, beach and shopping. The sea is very close - sand beaches or rocky coast, the choice is yours. The town is also within easy reach of Apulia's other main attractions, such as Ostuni, also known as the 'Citta Bianca' white city is near the famous UNESCO World Heritage Sites , the medieval Castel del Monte (Bari) and Alberobello the land of the 'trulli', which are curious, rounded white structures, with grey stone cone-shaped roofs. The city Lecce, and the towns Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Gallipoli are also all a short drive away. The Grotte di Castellana (Italy’s largest underground cave network) and the fantastic Fasano Safari Zoo and amusement park, are only a short drive away too.

The apartment is 7 km from a golf club.

Monopoli's pretty harbour is used by fishermen and pleasure sailors.
Fishing boats can be hired locally.

The crystal clear waters of the Apulia region are among the finest in all of Italy and are perfect for swimming, bathing and a variety of water sports.

Lovely place.....well situated within monopoli so that restos, cafes, and the sea are all within a few metres. The owner obviously cares about her guests. It shows throughout. Every detail is considered, the kitchen is well outfitted, the bed very comfortable, and the linens are of good quality. To the taller peeps, watch you head! Low doorways : ) Whisper quiet at night....perfect for sleeping....

Lovely typical house

We had a wonderful stay in Anna's house. It is perfectly located in a quiet street but literally on the doorstep of a lovely little beach, great selection of restaurants, bars and of course very convenient for exploring the charming maze of narrow streets and alleyways to appreciate the beautiful sights of historic Monopoli. The property is perfectly adequate for two people, clean, nicely decorated but conserving many architectural elements typical of an old city townhouse (including an interesting 12th century fresco encased in the living room area). Only one very minor drawback is the lack of any form of shade provision for the wonderful roof terrace (on querying this with Anna it was said that it could get too windy for a sun umbrella) - perhaps a retractable sunshade could be fitted. All communication with Anna was excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends.

Excellent stay in a wonderful Old City

The accommodation we had in Monopoli (Blue Rose) was ideal for its central location and charm. We were able to take several wonderful day trips to area attractions or just relax and take in the essence of Monopoli with its Piazzas , churches, the castle and the beach. It was truly a relaxing 11 days - not too long and not too short. Our host was very helpful when we needed her and very informative with regard to things we could do. We met some wonderful people including local merchants and tourists. It is an area full of history and fun things to do.

Great location, lovely little house with all you need for a good holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house has all the things you want from a holiday property but charm and character as well. The location is very close to a good beach with sand or rocks to sunbath, and is in the old historic part of Monopolli where there are lots of cafes, places to eat, and small shops so a nice atmosphere. The house is well equipped and very comfortable with the plus of a roof terrace which was great for breakfast. Anna and her team were friendly and helpful.

Excellent. Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Wohnung "White Rose" in Monopoli. Italienisches Flair vom feinsten. Direkt inmitten der Altstadt von Monopoli. Zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mehrere kleine Strände schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Komplex erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke sowie Dachterrasse und Hinterausgang. Sehr schön & hell eingerichtet. Mehr italienisches Flair geht nicht-wirklich traumhaft. Anna & Ihr Team sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr sympatisch. Wir hatten als kleine Familie einen echten Traumurlaub und können die Wohnung "White Rose" nur weiter empfehlen. Danke Anna. ...Ma quanto mi è piaciuta!...

'Dimora tipica' è il modo più caratteristico, comodo e sfizioso per visitare la bellissima Monopoli. La casa è piccolina, ma studiata in ogni particolare per adattarsi agli ospiti ed è funzionale grazie all'angolo cottura, un bel frigo, televisori, un comodo bagno, e varie finestrelle, un balconcino in camera e un magnifico terrazzo soleggiato e arioso. I proprietari sono persone accoglienti e di una gentilezza e disponibilità squisita: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un cestino di 'prodotti tipici', e tutte quelle piccole accortezze (caramelle, il vino) che ti fanno sentire il benvenuto. A due passi c'è il mare e il centro storico, con i suoi Caffè e ristoranti tipici, dove si assaggia dell'ottimo pesce. E' stata una vacanza bellissima!!!

TRES BELLE LOCATION PROPRE ET BIEN SITUEE

Si toutes les locations étaient comme celle-là ce serait le rêve pour nous les locataires. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le centre historique de MONOPOLI et avons découvert cette jolie région d'Italie. La location est conforme au descriptif, il ne manque rien. Beautiful place in the perfect location. Amazing and accommodating host ....Anna is very kind. we could not have asked for a better place and location to stay. Super freundliche, hilfsbereite Signora. Haben uns sogar einen kostenlosen Parkplatz im Hafen gezeigt und unsere Koffer zum Appatment gefahren. Bester Service !! Das Apartment war sehr charmant, im positiven Sinn ungewöhnlich, mit altem Gewölbe, mit Küchenzeile auf unserer eigenen Terrasse. Mitten in der Altstadt in bester Lage und trotzdem ruhig, gute Betten. Und Monopoli ist klasse, wunderschöne Altstadt mit Hafen, viele leckere Lokale, Cafes. Super schön.

Aangename vakantiewoning in Monopoli

De vakantiewoning was goed voorzien van de benodigde zaken voor een aangenaam verblijf in Monopoli. De karakteristieke woning is gunstig gelegen in de oude stad en dicht bij de nodige strandjes ten zuiden van het centrum. Levendige buurt. Veel trappen, maar ook een dakterras waarvan we veel gebruik hebben gemaakt. De ontvangst door Anna Trunfio was geweldig en zij staat altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden of zaken voor je te regelen. Monopoli is zeker de moeite waard voor een vakantie en een goede uitvalsbasis om met het openbaar vervoer andere steden (Bari, Lecce enz. ) te verkennen. `s Avonds is het goed vertoeven op een van de pleintjes of aan het water. Отдыхали у Анны в конце апреля, все очень понравилось. Апартаменты расположены в историческом центре города, до моря 50 метров, очень уютные, чистые, обстановка на твердую пятерку. При заезде нас ждал приятный сюрприз-бутылка вина. Доброжелательная хозяйка, всегда посоветует что нужно посмотреть , куда съездить,как добраться.При необходимости.может встретить на вокзале (в аэропорту) в Бари. Bella vacanza

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per una settimana. La casa è molto bella e ben attrezzata. La proprietaria (Anna) si occupa benissimo dei suoi ospiti, attenta a tutto ed è sempre raggiungibile. Ci siamo sentiti benvenuti come a casa nostra. Bene accolti e informati. Tutto ottimo! Posto magico

Bellissimo soggiorno, ambiente molto suggestivo immerso nei vicoli di questa fantastica città sul mare. Location bellissima e confortevole. La casa dispone di un’ampia terrazza attrezzata con vista mare. La proprietaria di casa è molto gentile e disponibile. Una bella sorpresa al mio arrivo: una bottiglia di vino rosso e alcuni prodotti tipici. Tutto molto bello! Decisamente consigliato!

Bella Italia! ..... wunderschöne Zeit

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Herzen von Monopoli, in 15 Minuten am Bahnhof / Busbahnhof. Das Haus liegt zwar nur ein paar Meter abseits der stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse, aber ist dennoch absolut ruhig und idyllisch. Schöne, gut ausgestatteten Haus. Alles sehr sauber! Durch die gute Bewertung ist das Haus für meinen nächsten Monopoli Urlaub vielleicht ausgebucht. Anna und Giuseppe sind perfekte Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment wohl und kann nur Monopoli. DANKE für die wunderschöne Zeit!

"Nice experience first time in Monopoli"

We arrived as a party of 3 (2 adults, 1 children) on 26 February for the start of our 7 day stay. We were greeted by Anna, checked in and shown to our house. Our accomodation was very clean and entirely satisfactory. Nice house, clean and large, nice terrace sea view. Good position, in the heart of historic center and near the sea. Staff helpful. Our first week was fantastic and our daughter had a fabulous time. Anna speak very good english. Thank you very much!

wunderbare Monopoli

Der Vermieter war bisher die besten Gastgeber auf unserer Italienreise. Sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder bei ihnen zu Gast sein. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und der nächste kostenlose Parkplatz nicht weit von der Ferienhaus entfernt. Die Unterkunft in der Altstadt ist einfach perfekt, da alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Eine tolle Dachterrasse mit herrlichem zum Meer und über die Stadt.

Appartamento caratteristico nel cuore del centro storico di Monopoli. Ottima posizione pochissimi metri dal mare.Vicinissimo a piedi ai più bei ristoranti tipici. Arredamento curato, casa calda e accogliente con un meraviglioso terrazzo vista mare. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, attenti ad ogni esigenza. Esperienza da riprovare, da consigliare assolutamente.

Vacanza Meravigliosa!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa abitazione immersa nel cuore della città storica per una settimana, ed è stata una delle nostre più belle vacanze!!! La casa ha tutto il necessario, pulita ed in ottimo stato, la terrazza offre una vista sui monumenti della città e su uno scorcio di mare, dove è davvero un piacere iniziare la giornata facendo colazione li. Poi le spiagge sono a pochissimi metri dalla casa, così come i ristoranti e i locali tipici. La casa è situata in una zona tranquillissima. La proprietaria Anna e tutto il suo staff sono stati gentilisimi e cordiali sin dal momento del nostro arrivo, dove ci hanno anche indicato un posto per parcheggiare l'auto, fino alla nostra partenza, rispondendo ad ogni nostra domanda ed esigenza. Vacanza da rifare sicuramente in questa deliziosa casa, la consiglierei altre 1000 volte!!!
