Located in Villasimius, the MagicHouse offers an annex with a delux double room located in the undergrowth of the Paola Villa.
The annex is totally independent from the
Manor house, composed of double bedroom and private bathroom with shower and bidet.
It is completely immersed in the picturesque Mediterranean vegetation typical of Sardinia.
It is equipped with a microwave oven, mini fridge, coffee machine, hairdryer, wardrobe and in addition to the internal shower in the bathroom is equipped with a second outdoor shower.
Two kilometers away you will find the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.
The property is 34 km from Cagliari and 45 km from Pula. The nearest airport is Cagliari-Elmas, 39 km away.
