The villa is inserted in the residence 'Cruccuris' is about 750 mt dallla beautiful beach of Campus and about 3 km. from the town of Villasimius. The area from the sleeping area on two levels are separated by just three steps the drop is about 50cm, the house consists of living room of 20 square meters with kitchen and fireplace, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 seats bed for a total capacity of 6 people, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, all the rooms have windows and / or doors, in front of the living room a porch for outdoor dining or enjoy the cool. The house is surrounded on three sides by the garden of about 200sqm with lawn and automatic irrigation system, within the garden there is a parking space. The house is equipped with crockery and various other necessary equipment if required bed linen and towels are provided, there is the possibility to have a bicycle. The residence is very quiet, very suitable for children and families who want to alternate the sea and nightlife moments relaxcontatto with nature.

Schöner Osterurlaub

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, war nachts etwas kalt (waren im April da). Eine Badezimmer für 5 Personen war auch etwas anspruchsvoll!Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, wir wurden mit Wasser und einigen grundlegenden Nahrungsmitteln versorgt, so dass wir am nächsten Morgen frühstücken konnten. Wir haben am letzten Tag auch erst um 15 Uhr ausgecheckt.

Beautiful holiday home with a great garden.

We, 2 adults and 3 kids (6, 9, 12) stayed for 14 days in Andrea's holiday home. Before the start of the trip, everything was very easy to discuss with Andrea. We were greeted very warmly with a small gift basket. There was water in the fridge for us and even ice cream for the children. The kitchen is fully equipped, even plenty of spices, salt and sugar. The house was very clean and offered enough space to feel comfortable. We really enjoyed the garden and made plenty of use of the grill. We can highly recommend the house, we spent a wonderful 14 days.

Appartamento pulito e curato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, ideale per una vacanza rilassante, a 5 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia e 10 dal centro di Villasimius. Perfetto anche per famiglie con bambini. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i doni alimentare al nostro check-in e la disponibilità e gentilezza dimostrataci per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich (trotz Verspätung) empfangen. Zum Strand kann man gut laufen. Dieser war über Pfingsten sehr leer (genauso wie die Umliegenden Strände) Zum Einkaufen am besten bis in den Ort fahren. Die Wohnanlage war ebenfalls recht leer und somit auch sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Haus mit schönem großen Garten

Wir haben das Haus zum zweiten Mal besucht und sind immer noch begeistert. Die Lage hier ist wunderbar, da man zu allem schnell hin kommt wo man hin möchte. Sei es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder zu den schönen Stränden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus verfügt über alles was benötigt wird. Wir haben hier unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden wohl auch ein drittes Mal her kommen. Danke an Andrea, dass wir wieder her kommen durften.

Casa graziosa, semplice e dotata di ogni comodità, situata in un contesto molto tranquillo a qualche minuto di auto dal mare e dal paese. Andrea è stato molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente; è stato un vero piacere.

Wunderbare Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Bin etwas schreibfaul, daher ...... alles positive kann den vorherigen Bewertungen entnommen werden und wird von uns zu 100% bestätigt. Ein Highlight, gerade bei wärmeren Temperaturen ist die Gartendusche zum abkühlen, als auch zum Chillen die Hängematte. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Top!!!!!

Superbe séjour à Villasimius

Notre séjour à Villasimius chez Andréa était fantastique!! La maison était très spacieuse avec un superbe jardin, tout était en parfait état et en ordre! La maison est aussi très bien situé en abord de Villasimius pour explorer les alentours et les innombrables plages!!! Le panier d’accueil avec les aliments locaux nous ont beaucoup touché, tout était très bien pensé de la part des propriétaires. Andrea et Clara nous ont communiqués toutes les infos nécessaires pour l’arrivée et le départ. Ils nous ont aussi recommandé des restaurants locaux! On ne peut que recommandé et si on revient dans le coin, on retournera avec grand plaisir chez Andrea

Nice & cozy house with garden

The house is equipped with all necessaries. The owners - Andrea and his wife - are nice and always offered to help. Communication through the app worked well. They prepared a basket with original and delicious Sardinian products. That was really nice!

Tutto sopra alle aspettative

Abbiamo appena lasciato questa casa. Che dire, sicuramente sopra le aspettative. Le foto non le rendono giustizia. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. La casa è pulitissima e con ogni tipo di comodità. I proprietari ti accolgono con un cesto con ogni ben di dio. È sicuramente un’abitazione da provare!!!

Esperienza fantastica

Siamo stati ospiti di Carla e Andrea in queste 2 calde settimane di agosto. Ci hanno accolto a notte fonda come se fossimo di famiglia. Casa super accessoriata e super pulita e con una piacevole sorpresa al nostro arrivo....un cesto di prelibatezze e generi di prima necessità. La posizione impagabile ed il contesto compreso il giardino altrettanto. Le spiagge più belle sono al massimo a 15 minuti d'auto ma anche a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di Campus che è splendida e non super affollata. Sarà difficile rientrare a casa. Veramente complimenti a Carla ed Andrea.

Das Haus ist an einem wunderschönen Ort. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Ich kann dieses Anwesen nur empfehlen! Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit bereit um zu helfen.

Sehr empfehlenswertes, ruhiges Quartier inmitten der Natur an nahegelegenen Traumstränden

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einem sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnquartier. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen mit einem gefüllten Tisch voller sardinischer Köstlichkeiten . Im Haus war alles vorhanden, es fehlte an nichts. Aus dem Garten konnten wir Kräuter, Tomaten, Zitronen verwenden.....und die ruhige Zeit auf der schattigen Terasse in der Hängematte geniessen. Die Strände sind traumhaft schön und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Zu Fuss geht man 20 Minuten zu dem nächstliegenden Strand. Wer das Stadtleben geniessen möchte , ist in 5 minuten mit dem Auto in Villasimius. Dort sind im Sommer jeden Abend Stände aufgebaut und Musiker und Künstler zeigen ihr Können. Wir können die Villa und Umgebung bestens empfehlen !!! Andrea , unser Vermieter ,war jederzeit für uns erreichbar . Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen !!

Proprietari cortesissimi.

Non posso che confermare la grande gentilezza e disponibilità dei signori Andrea e Carla proprietari di questa bella villetta. La casa era in perfetto stato e attrezzatissima . Al nostro arrivo a notte tarda abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di trovare la tavola imbandita per la colazione del giorno dopo . Posizione ideale per raggiungere in massimo 20 minuti tutte le più belle spiagge di Villasimius e costa Rei. Consiglio sinceramente a tutti questa sistemazione. Claudio

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Umgebung

Sehr nette Vermieter, herzlicher Empfang. Schöne gut aufgeteilte Unterkunft, gut eingerichtet. SChön angelegter Garten, ruhige Lage, schöne Aussicht, Strand zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt schönes Feriengebiet, traumhafte Strände, nicht überlaufen. Recht bergig, geeignet zum Bade oder Wanderurlaub

BELLISSIMO SOGGIORNO

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell'appartamento dotato di ogni confort, ben pulito e curato. La casa è dotata veramente di tutto e questo per merito della minuziosa e straordinaria attenzione da parte dei proprietari. inoltre anche lo spazio verde circostante disponibile rende ancor più bello il contesto. Sicuramente un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. Rinnovo i complimenti al Sig. Andrea e Sig.ra. Grazie e a presto. Massimo Bellissima vacanza a 360 gradi sia per l'appartamento e per le splendide spiagge nei dintorni e non solo.

Una vacanza perfetta per coppie e famiglie!

Massima disponibilità e gentilezza di Andrea e famiglia. Casa veramente carina e accogliente e attrezzata per ogni necessità. Perfetta per coppie e famiglie. Noi con bimba piccola ci siamo trovati come a casa..solo in un paradiso!giardino ben curato e orto incluso piacevolissimi!con la macchina in posizione strategica per moltissime spiagge e vicino al paese..in zona tranquilla e residenziale.da tornarci..!!grazie di tutto!

Tutto perfetto!

Nella casa era tutto in ordine e pulito e c'era tutto il necessario ed anche molto di più. I proprietari Carla ed Andrea con la loro generosità e gentilezza ci hanno fatto sentire degli ospiti graditi e non dei semplici inquilini paganti. Da consigliare anche per la zona vicina a tutti i servizi e alle spiagge pur restando in un contesto di grande traquillità.

Bellissima villetta

Bellissima villetta inserita all'interno di un bel comprensorio. La casa è molto funzionale, pulita, perfettamente arredata e i proprietari si sono dimostrati particolarmente attenti alle nostre esigenze oltre che molto carini nel farci trovare dei prodotti dell'orto e del luogo. Inoltre la casa è vicina alle spiagge bellissime della zona di Villasimius. La raccomandiamo senz'altro a chiunque abbia interesse a visitare la stupenda zona di Villasimius. Villetta molto funzionale e confortevole

La villetta rispecchia la descrizione dell'annuncio. E' curata, pulita e molto comoda. Impagabile l'ampia veranda dove poter mangiare al fresco dotata anche di una amaca dove poter riposare. Curatissimo il giardino ed il mini orto da cui abbiamo attinto primizie di stagione. Gentilissimi e sempre disponibili i proprietari che ci hanno anche fatto trovare dopo essere arrivati stremati dal viaggio tutto il necessario per la cena. Tutto perfetto

Il titolo dice tutto! Villetta perfetta, dotata di tutto il necessario e pulitissima. Bellissimo il villaggio Cruccuris in cui e' inserita che è' fuori dal caos del paese ma comunque a pochi minuti di macchina. Tranquillità' e privacy assicurate. Giardino attrezzato con barbecue, sdraio e addirittura un orto. I proprietari Andrea e Carla sono persone squisite e sono stati gentilissimi. All'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare un cesto pieno di prelibatezze del territorio molto gradito. Consiglio assolutamente questa sistemazione che per noi e' stata ideale. Grazie ancora di tutto ad Andrea e Carla
