Lowes Meadow Cottage is a 1930's period detached home situated in its own gardens with lawn meadow, mature trees and shrubs.
It has plenty of secure parking on a private gated entrance.

Spacious rooms & fully renovated to the highest standard internally with underfloor heating throughout and a modern full kitchen with everything you could ask for.
Original artwork pieces from international artists adorn the walls for you to be inspired.
You can relax after a hard days exploring in the cosy living room in front of the very latest 4K HD smart TV, watching a DVD or listening to the latest tracks on a DAB+ Stereo. You can even Bluetooth your favourite tunes directly.
Children will love the hunt for some cuddly friends before exploring the toy chest full of books, games and toys.

You can make all your favourite meals in the separate kitchen /dining room. It is fully equipped with a double oven, induction hob and microwave to make the family roast whilst seating everyone comfortably around the six seater table.
Even the washing up chores are looked after by a full size dishwasher.

Your family can relax or have a barbecue outside in the flower courtyard or on the separate decking area by the meadow.
There is lots of space to just find the sun in the south facing garden or sit beneath the trees for some shade. There is plenty of space for a game of football.

When the day is done you can sleep well in one of three tastefully decorated and furnished bedrooms which are all accessed by the spacious hallway. Bedroom one has a double bed. Bedroom two has two single beds and bedroom three has a single bed with a pull out and pop up trundle bed.

There is a shower room with W.C. and sink with full height towel rail and a separate W.C adjoining.

Lovely riverside walks right out of the front door with quiet country lanes for the keen cyclist to explore nearby or into the Forest of Bowland.
There is a pub and top quality restaurant within a 5 minute walk with many other eateries, shops and supermarkets just a 5 minute drive away in Gt. Eccleston or Garstang.

Watersport enthusiasts can canoe in the local River Wyre, find excellent kitesurfing nearby in St. Annes or visit the nearby excellent Diving Centre at Capernwray. There are lots of local lakes, The Lancaster Canal and Rivers for the keen angler to enjoy. We have a local Wyre gun club for clay shooting, a Microlight centre that teaches and does pleasure flights plus a local complex that is the Flower Bowl at Barton Grange.
In here there is an amazing intimate 3 screen cinema with your own settee showing the latest movies. An indoor crazy golf course and ice curling rink are just a few of the attractions,
There are plenty of golf courses nearby, some of which hold the open championships.

There is Britain's Number 1 seaside attraction resort just 20 minutes away with the seaside towns of Lytham, St. Annes which host many festivals nearby as well.
The Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are just 45 minutes drive away with Manchester and Liverpool around an hour away.
