Bright Large Private 2 Bedroom Guest House With Pool
Like living in your own house! My place is located on a tree lined street, adjacent to Bixby Knolls, family-friendly activities, restaurants, and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
The space
You will be staying in a newly remodeled cute 2 bedroom house with brand new carpeting and paint. You will also have your own private entrance via the two car garage, which is yours to use during your stay (entrance to the garage is off the alley). Amazon Fire Stick TV with all the apps and movies you could want. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you are centered to enjoy all that Southern California has to offer.
Guests can access the guest house and the pool area. The main house and yard are not included in the rental.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY: The suite opens directly on to the swimming pool. (About 2 feet from the door to the edge of the pool.) Be aware of this if you have children or cannot swim. There is no fence around the pool.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILIES OWN SAFETY.
Interaction with guests
The pool is a shared space and is open from 8:00 A.M.- 8:00 P.M.
But in regards to the guest house, as much or as little interaction as you are comfortable with and want. We live in the main house on the property, so we are available for any questions you may have. We will also be happy to come over to fix any problems you might have! We want your stay to be as wonderful as it can be and we look forward to sharing our home with you.
