Bootham Luxury Apartments is a new top-quality development of a Grade 2 listed Georgian building, located in quiet, tree-lined Bootham Terrace; a prime location close to York City Centre.
Permit parking for one car (provided free) is available on the street, and access to the building is via three shallow steps.
York Minster is less than a 10-minute walk, on the flat, with the historic city centre just beyond.
York Railway Station is also an easy 10-minute walk, across the river, via the newly upgraded Scarborough Bridge.

Bootham Luxury Apartments Flat 2 is our gorgeous one-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of this historic building. Entering the apartment, you will find a comfortable lounge area, with a luxury interior. We've provided a large sofa, that can be made into a super-king-size bed, providing ample space for two extra guests to sleep comfortably if required. The lounge also offers a Smart TV and high-speed free Wi-Fi for your stay.
The spacious bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury furnishings, hotel quality bed linen and towels for your use, and provides the perfect space for you to rest after a day exploring our beautiful city. A hairdryer and ironing facilities are also provided.
The stylish, fully equipped kitchen area is complete with an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave for your use. All the pots, pans and utensils needed to make a simple meal are provided. A dining area for four guests is provided, in which you can enjoy a home-cooked meal.
The stylish, modern bathroom contains a walk-in shower.

Great Guests!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is fantastic really just a 10 minute walk to the city walls. There is so much to do near by and was very quiet and peaceful area. There were minor details which we have feedback to the hosts but honestly a really nice place - would recommend staying and would stay again.

Close to the bar walls

Great location not far from the bar walls. Really central to all York's bar and restaurants. The permit parking is an added bonus and the beds were really comfy. Apartment was really clean for our arrival

What a lovely break!

We had the most lovely stay here, we will absolutely be returning to York and to this property. The company were brilliant to deal with from the second we booked the apartment. It was a brilliant stay. The apartment was stunning and very well thought through, easy walking distance into York city centre too.

Spacious apartment

Myself and my boyfriend had a great 2 night stay here. The apartment is a really great size and very comfortable. Has everything you need and has been tastefully decorated. It is in a great location and you can walk to the minster in under 10 minutes and into the city through the museum gardens which is lovely. The on street parking permit was brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone visitng.

Not a single bad thing to say, lcoation was fantastic...we were within walking distance to everything we could possibly need. Nice quiet street but close enough to the town so win win! Apartment exceptionally clean and staff communication was great. Would highly reccomend

Shortcomings

Received email advising of address & access code - check in @3pm. Code didn't work. We didn't have cell coverage to contact YBL Returned at 5pm with new SIM - code incorrect. Called YBL- oh, sorry forgot to change code! Settled in, tried to sign in for WiFi with information provided in brochure!, incorrect password. Called YBL - they emailed it to us. Same password as in brochure but with mixture of capitals & small case! I hope they corrected info for future visitors. Coffee pods in kitchen were for a broken coffee maker in the drawer. Didn't know what kind of pods we needed to buy so had to make do with instant coffee that we had to buy. No toiletries in bathroom for shower- another purchase. We had flown in with carry ons & hadn't expected to need them which we didn't need in our future rentals! However, there was dish detergent so we could wash our dishes and utensils. It was a comfortable apartment & do recommend but we will check the wording of amenities more carefully, in future.

Lovely apartment but nonresponsive when urgent calls made -

Coffee machine did not work- this is a major issue for the price and everyone wants coffee in the morning. It was clear it was broken and so no excuse for it not being available No milk at all No toiletries at all- mean for the price

Off to the races

Booked this apartment for three day trip. Communication from York Boutique Lets was excellent with directions/access etc. Location was superb a short walk and in the heart of York, railway line other side of road, but you wouldn’t have known it! Bed was really comfortable, bathroom fine but cramped. Could do with some proper drawers in bedroom. Cleaning could be better, half bottles of milk/chocolate shake in fridge, hairs on mirror bedroom carpet needs cleaning and mature cobwebs. Would I stay again? Definitely on short trip

Great Location

This flat was in the perfect location, in a nice quiet street yet just a few minutes walk to the cathedral. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue for us was that the bathroom was very small.
