Best cottage ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So close to the water, clean, quaint, updated, & cozy!!! We were greeted by an employee that welcomed us!There was a dust pan but no broom. Also, there was a door shade for privacy, but no way for it to stay down. The bottom bracket was missing, but other than that, all was great!

Super Location!

Super cute, cozy cottage. Very convenient to the beach and the center of Seaside. Wonderful restaurants and fun shops! Just the three of us enjoying this fun cottage - me, my spouse and sweet dog. Our dog really enjoyed walking the neighborhood and meeting so many friendly people. Highly recommend this wonderful cottage in Seaside!

Cozy stay and close to the beach

Greenback was the perfect cozy place for a 3-night stay at Seaside. Conveniently located across from the beach (passes to the private beach included in stay) and in a vacation rental community, the bungalow-type guest house was perfect for a short stay (2 adults and a dog; anything longer than a few days would have required a bigger space, in my opinion). Vacation rental management company was very communicative and available over the course of our stay. Walkable to restaurants and shops in Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The homeowners collection associates did a fantastic job. The communication was stellar along with the way they appeased my wife and I for our 20th wedding anniversary with welcoming greetings and a quick overview of the place we stayed and what to expect during our stay. My wife is “sold” on this place so that means we are DEFINITELY coming back to Seaside in the near future. Thanks for everything 👍
