Wir haben die Zeit in den Abruzzen sehr genossen. Idealer Standort um schnell am Meer, aber auch in den Bergen zu sein (GranSasso- und Majella-Bergmassiv).Auch Dank Herrn R. hatten wir so eine tolle Zeit - sehr höflich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend sind passende Eigenschaften des Vermieters.Man ist zu Fuß in 5-7 Minuten im Stadtkern (auf dem Corso) zu kann den Flair eines italienischen Städtchens und trotzdem eine Ruhe und Natur genießen. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine schöne Naturterrasse oberhalb eines Olivenhains. Wir konnten dort sogar jeden Abend viele Glühwürmchen zählen! Und der Ausblick von der Naturterrasse aus ist traumhaft. Der Sonnenuntergang hinter den Hügeln ist malerisch. Blickt man nach rechts sieht man die Adria, blickt man nach links sieht man den GranSasso. Die Unterkunft gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und heimelig eingerichtet. Keine sterile Ferienunterkunft! Da sich die Unterkunft in einem älteren Gebäude befindet sind die Decken teilweise etwas niedriger. Aber die Wärme, die die Einrichtung und das Drumherum ausstrahlt machen das in jedem Fall wieder wett.Im Ort sind die elementare Dinge zu Fuß zu erreichen - ein Bäcker, ein Alimentare, ein Ristorante (Hostaria Cavour) und eine Pizzeria (Annunziata). Alles zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr netter Vermieter. Hat sich um uns gekümmert und uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir hatten eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick in die Ferne. In 2 Minuten ist man im wirklich schönen Ort. Dort gibt es alles, was man braucht. Als Basketball-Spieler sollte man allerdings aufpassen, wenn man durch die Türen geht, da man sich den Kopf stoßen könnte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt "Sotto la Porta Borea genossen. gab dort Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte.
