Newly built apartment on the ground floor, easily accessible, with parking space.
It consists of living room with wifi, 50 "smart TV, fully equipped kitchenette (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave) and two rooms plus two bathrooms. A double bed of 190x150 in one of them and in the other a high bed of 190x 135 and debuts a bed (double) 190x80.
In total 2 double beds and 2 single beds with a total capacity for 5 people.
The neighborhood is quiet, located in an expanding residential area. There is a bus stop in front of the building and train station 5 minutes walk. A supermarket 7 minutes away, in front of the train station as well as a health center, pharmacy, bars and the occasional shop.
The BEC and the shopping center at 2km.
The apartment is equidistant between Bilbao and the coast, about 8km to each site and 15min from the airport.

Amazing Time in Barakaldo

We enjoyed our stay in Edu’s property. We were five guests and we have a very nice time at this location. Initially we thought that was a little bit far away from Barakaldo downtown and after one day, we realized that walking from Barakaldo Metro Station to this property was a relaxing way to end our day. The closest store is just about two building after crossing the street and they have a fair amount of different things. I clocked 17 minutes from the train station to our place walking in a relaxed pace. We recommend this place. Edu is kind and he has Pat attention to keep this as very nice place.

Cómodo

Cogimos el apartamento para conocer la región y en nuestro caso no es que estuviera "en medio del mapa" pero está en una zona tranquila y cerca de las autopistas así que enseguida te pones en ruta para las excursiones. Salíamos temprano y volvíamos por la tarde. El apartamento es muy cómodo y espacioso, más de lo que imaginamos en las fotos. A los niños les encantó la tele enorme y que tuviera algunas plataformas de streaming, así tenían su dosis de series infantiles y pelis al final del día, que no todo iba a ser hacer turismo para ellos. En otras ocasiones habíamos cogido casas con jardín en el campo. Pero con el uso que le hemos dado en este viaje, para nosotros ha sido un acierto.
