About this property

Our house is located at 50 steps from the sandy beach of Armacao de Pera and the ocean. It is a house with architecture of the 60´s, totally recovered in 2019, with an inside area of 90 m2 plus a 20 m2 of an outside patio.
Its a house with three bedroom, two with double beds (140x200) and one with two single beds (95x195), 20 m2 living room, a very spacious Kitchen, fully equipped (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine) and a big bathroom with a shower.
The outside pateo allows you to enjoy the outdoor living and it has a very refreshing shower to your come back from the beach.

Great property located right on a beautiful beach

Good room layout and plenty of space to relax and dine. Located right on the beach with many choices of bar and restaurants only a short walk. The bar opposite can be a little noisy late at night (summer season).
