Très spacieux, très confortable et très calme !

Très grand appartement, agréable à vivre ! Les promenades en bord de mer sont souvenirs bruyantes, mais les activités commence une centaine de mètres plus loin, ce qui permet de ne pas être dérangé pour dormir. On descends à la plage directement en maillot de bain ! On gare la voiture à l’arrivée (un peu de patience) et on ne la touche plus de la semaine. Tout se fait à pieds et à 5 minutes. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un super séjour ☀️ Muito Oubrigado !

Great Apartment in Ideal Location

What a great apartment located right on the sea front. You really would find it hard to find a better location - great views and very conveniently located to supermarkets, bars and cafes and of course the beach and Carlota's Beach Bar. The apartment is well decorated in a contemoprary style with some great art works on display throughout. The sitting room is very comfortable as are all the bedrooms, 2 doubles and one twin. The TV is fully equipped with satellite - and can accept USB connection to play movies from external drive. The kitchen is well fitted and equipped with everything a guest could wish for except maybe a kettle. The bathroom is well fitted but would take a bit of organising if the apartment is full. The terrace is great and provides great views onto the promenade, and the sea beyond. Pedro, the owner, is a very nice guy and helped with even the smallest questions we had courteously and quickly. A great find - highly recommended.

The apartment is in a perfect spot to enjoy the beach and the many restaurants and bars along the promenade. It is a lovely apartment with loads of room and Pedro and Luisa were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it got very cold at night and the flat is built for summer and has no central heating. We will definitely go back but not in January.

Séjour très agréable chez Pedro

L’appartement de Pedro est idéalement situé le long d’une avenue piétonne face à la plage. Nous y avons passé tout le mois d’octobre et nous avons bien profité du calme et du bon air marin. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Il y a une terrasse abritée et ensoleillée où nous avons souvent pris nos repas. Pour les courses pas de soucis: tout est à proximité. Et pour les ballades l’endroit est idéal aussi en particulier pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Sinon pour les randonneurs les falaises et la montagne sont aussi à proximité. Seul petit bémol concernant l’appartement: il y a eu quelques journées un peu fraîches en octobre et si les chambres sont bien équipées de clims réversibles, il n’y a pas de chauffage dans le séjour. Un radiateur électrique aurait été le bienvenu. Cela dit nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet appartement.

Merci pour vos commentaires, Catherie. En ce qui concerne le chauffage, il y en a un dans l'appartement à l'usage des invités, mais pour notre échec, il n'était pas disponible. En tout cas, merci d’avertir lpour les futurs invités dans ces jours plus froids. Je serai heureux de vous accueillir à une prochaine occasion.

Il est situé en front de mer au calme. Proche des commerces. Pas besoin de voiture. L’appartement est propre et conforme aux photos. Les équipements sont nombreux comme à la maison. Le propriétaire est disponible. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. Idéalement placé pour faire la visite du sud du Portugal.

Nice apartment directly at the beach

We went to this apartment for one week in June. It was the right decision for us. The apartment is big and well equipped. The way to the beach is very short, like in the description. Directly in front of it begins the "strip" from Armacao with restaurants and shops.

A real home from home apartment near the beach and all the facilities you could want

We really enjoyed our holiday in Armacao de Pera. The apartment was lovely, really close to the beach as well as several restaurants and shops. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped, there was nothing else we needed. There is everything you could want right on your doorstep. The icing on the cake was the glorious weather, 2 weeks of glorious sunshine!! This is a good place to relax and unwind - to recharge your batteries. We have already decided to return next year if the apartment is available for our dates.

Localização excelente. Apartamento renovado, muito agradável.

O apartamente está numa localização excelente (mesmo em frente à praia, e numa zona mais airosa de Armação de Pêra) e está bastante bem equipado. Relativamente à limpeza, nada a apontar, nem em relação às roupas de cama e de banho. O proprietário esteve sempre disponível para qualquer situação e inclusive foi bastante atencioso em relação a um pedido particular que efetuamos, relativamente a animais. Sem dúvida que aconselharia este apartamento a amigos e familiars (alias, já o fizemos). Vários restaurants, cafés, esplanadas e supermercados nas redondezas, proporcionam umas férias ainda mais agradáveis. Experíência a repetir.

Casa confortável com excelentes condições

Quando chegámos ficámos bem impressisonados com a casa que praticamente estava nova. O dono informou que tinha sido reabilitada em 2011. O conforto é excelente uma vez que o mobiliário foi também novo. A casa é muito funcional com casas de banho simples mas confortáveis. A localização é fantástica sobretudo porque fica junto à praia e tem acesso ao passeio marítimo de armação que é óptimo para as crianças. A varanda é excelente para fazer refeições, sobretudo o pequeno almoço frente ao mar. A repetir sem dúvida!

Nice house in front of beach near everything

The house was recently renovated and everything is new and clean. It located in the center of the action of this small fisherman village. I think this kind of vacations is good for couples with young children. I felt no need to have a car! The owner is very gentle and welcoming. Good value for money.

Nous avons passes un séjour très agréable. L'annonce été en tout point identique à la réalité. Grand appartement très claire très bien équipé, machine à laver le linge, coins buanderie, cuisine toute équipé. Trois belles chambres. Propreté irréprochable dans tout l'appartement. Linge de maison à disposition. Très beau séjour avec un balcon fermé. Immeuble très calme. Nous nous sommes vraiment senti chez nous. Très belle vue sur la mer et accès à la plage en traversant uniquement la rue.
