Located in the heart of Key Largo MM100. It is the perfect home base to explore the keys. Our Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club)with 24 hour security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, known for some of the best Scuba diving, and snorkeling in all the keys.
The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor grill areas and fire pits by the ocean. The property gives guest ocean access via a deep water channel to some of the best fishing, snorkeling, diving and sandbars in the area. Guest can fish, kayak or snorkel the ocean via our rock jetty.
This home is conveniently located directly in front of the salt water lagoon and steps away from the lagoon beach and pool- a great location for families!
Our 3 level, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse with 2 living rooms gives plenty of space for guest to spread out and relax after a long day in the sun.
First floor: Small full bathroom, small bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV. Second floor: small full bathroom, sleeper sofa and smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with new kitchen cabinets and appliances, 2 outdoor balconies with seating to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee. Third floor: full bathroom shared by two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Both rooms have plenty of closet space and a balcony.
2 Beach Cruiser Bicycles and 2 kayaks available to guests.
Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama. Boating: If you plan to bring your private vessel you will need to have $300,000 Liability Insurance and show proof upon entrance to the security guard. Boat can be kept in trailer and use the boat ramp at no extra cost.

My family loved our stay in Key Largo at the Kawama Villa K1. It was very clean and so comfortable. We loved the location - steps from the ocean and just minutes from great food and activities. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well-stocked and the home had plenty of towels and linens. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key Largo!
This was likely the best Vrbo we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Kayaks, bikes, location, cleanliness, everything was wonderful. Wished we could stay for a month!
We really loved this property. The kayaks and bikes were fun. We also loved that the host provided pool towels. It was a great location in Key Largo. We would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a place to visit and come back too, I liked everything about this property and enjoyed its location the most, close to the pool and lagoon entrance. The kayaks and bikes are a great perk and lots of fun. Communication was outstanding leading to an effortless booking, check in and check out process. I would greatly recommend this property….really a little paradise
The unit was sparkling clean, communication with the owner was prompt and helpful, and the complex as a whole had many options for swimming and lounging.
Enjoyable stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. Very easy to book and good communication with the property manager. Small pool and nowhere to kayak were the only downsides.
My family and I had an amazing time. This place was clean, beautifully updated and had a great layout. The exterior amenities were a blast as well. The host was very attentive and communicated quickly and well. I will definitely rent here again if I can back to the area.
Beautiful, clean, property that was PERFECT for all ages. Our grand girls Ages 9 and 13 spent an entire day kayaking and swimming in the lagoon right outside our door. The beds are fabulous, and not crammed in on the same floor. The living area and kitchen were modern and had everything for the 1 night we cooked steaks by the jetty. Santiago communicated with us often and we were able to access the condo easily. I would stay here again and again!
We had a great time. The property manager was really helpful and easy to communicate with. Very flexible. Place was clean and very modern. All you need to enjoy a nice stay is here.
