My name is Ann-Marie Dyer, and I am the proprietor and creative director of Hidden Gem Residence. I have a background in hospitality, real estate, and design, and creating beautiful, welcoming spaces has always been something I truly enjoy.

I have lived and worked both in Barbados and abroad, including several years in Atlanta, which gave me a deep appreciation for travel and the different ways people experience a destination.

Hidden Gem was created from my desire to offer guests something more personal and refined than the typical hotel stay — a place that feels warm, elegant, and thoughtfully curated.

I love meeting people from around the world and helping them discover what makes Barbados so special. Hosting allows me to share the island through my eyes — whether that means recommending a favorite beach, a hidden local restaurant, or simply creating a relaxing atmosphere where guests can unwind.

Outside of hosting, I enjoy decorating and designing spaces, discovering new restaurants, entertaining friends, and spending time near the ocean — one of the things that makes this area of Barbados so beautiful.

What I enjoy most about our neighborhood in Inch Marlow is its peaceful charm. It’s a quiet coastal community where you can truly relax, yet we are still just minutes away from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches and lively dining areas like Oistins Bay Gardens and St. Lawrence Gap.
