Cosy with great view
We spent a week on February here.It ticked all the boxes for us: direct access to the coastal path, parking , garage for our bikes and stunning views of the coast . The house is cosy and located in a quiet cul de sac.It is a very short walk via the coastal path in front of the house to get into Blakeney centre. The Spar, bus stop and pub as very close by too .We'd come back .

Beautiful views, wonderful location with modern decor and fully equipped.
We had a fabulous week at 3, The Saltings in October Half Term. The property has direct access to the coastal/ marshland footpath and you can walk through the back of the King's Arms pub to the centre of Blakeney as well. We took binoculars to spot the marsh birds and could have sat for hours, just looking out. The property is well equipped with all that you need for a very comfortable stay, decorated in a neutral and modern style, which should suit everybody. There is so much to see and do in Blakeney itself, or you are a short drive from many other lovely towns villages, beaches, pubs etc. We would highly recommend this property. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

An outstanding house, perfectly placed to enjoy North Norfolk
We really enjoyed our stay in Blakeney. The views from the house over the marsh are amazing, and even better if you are a birdwatcher, as Red Kite, Marsh Harrier, Barn Owl and Avocet (and also Muntjacs!) can be seen from the comfort of the living room. The location of the house is also really good, as it is easy to go on walks in different directions. You can take a walk to Morston (about 30-40 min) and then take a boat to see the seals at Blakeney Point or walk to the Freshes of Blakeney or to Cley. The house is clean, well furnished and with modern appliances. We could find no fault with it. We will definitely be back!

About the host

My wife has visited Blakeney regularly since she was a child. Her family bought The Saltings in 1991 and used it as a family holiday home. As we now live abroad we can't use it as often as we like so we refurbished the property and now share this beautiful location with others. We love coming back when we can with our won children.
