Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the small village of West Runton. The Grange has been sympathetically designed with a traditional and modern look which stands out from the crowd.

The property boasts of over 2700 ft.² of living space. From the upstairs the sea is visible from all of the front facing windows. The Grange has all the modern comforts that are required

We have put a limit of 6 persons to the property, due to the living room sitting a maximum of six people at any one time.

(Unfortunately, we do not allow Hen Parties, Stag Parties or Golfing Parties to stay at the property. No all male parties or all female parties) WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY PETS.

Amazing Place - amazing location - so much to do

This place is top notch. The quality is there, the finishing touches are there. We want to come back. it is large, it has a lounge and dining room, a kitchen with island. The patio and garden mean summer will be incredible. Close to shops (10 minute walk) Close to the sea, close to Cromer and other seaside areas. Provides sky in every room. Wifi good. They have two boilers so heating is instant, with a log burner for the traditionalists. Kitchen is modern and has loads of options, twin ovens tick/two of them Microwave Coffee machine Washing machine and tumble Large fridge and freezer and then wine and second fridge A few more Pyrex dishes for cooking would be a good suggestion Saw deer in the garden, I think the fact my wife wants to go back says it all
