About this property
Sarah's - A Georgian townhouse apartment in the heart of historic Holt.
Formerly a Victorian beer and wine merchant and latterly a 20th Century tea shop and bakery, Sarah's latest incarnation as a Georgian townhouse apartment endeavours to provide guests with a true home from home stay.
Owned and styled by Sarah, a commercial and residential freelance interior designer whose travels and adventures have taken her all over the world, Sarah's combines styled interiors, a central location and practical year-round information of things to see and do.
Sarah's sleeps four and has two bedrooms; A master bedroom with a bespoke four-poster plus a twin room that can convert to a large (zip and link hotel-style mattress) double. A foldaway cot and highchair is also available – Sarah’s welcomes family stays.
Georgian Holt, situated just four miles inland from our stunning coastline, is a unique blend of refreshingly independent and stylish shops, cafés and delis, art and antiques. Why Georgian? The extensive Great Fire of Holt in 1708 sparked a rebuilding programme that has come to characterise our town. The main arteries of the high street and Bull Street running parallel, give way to numerous lanes and yards. Following The Owl Trail is a great way to explore.
The North Norfolk coast is only 3 miles hence, with over a hundred miles of coastline for you to explore, quintessential flinty villages, ancient churches, recreational pursuits and seasonal, local, fayre, North Norfolk is an outstanding natural and cultural destination.
Be sure to view Sarah’s online guide, exclusive to Sarah’s guests, offering an impartial round up of recommendations covering Holt and North Norfolk plus a shortlist of activities to consider and book ahead of your stay.

About the host
Hosted by Sarah Tribe
I love to travel and have been fortunate to see many places when the world was nostalgically adventurous and offered the opportunity to explore destinations only just opening up to intrepid travellers for the first time.
Interior styling has become an accidental creative outlet for all those associated experiences and visual elements encountered and absorbed whilst on the road. I have been privileged to invent schemes, source stock and dress some of the top Norfolk commercial hospitality spaces, all good experience before deciding on the design direction of Sarah’s.
To make for an ever-changing scene, a selection of items are always for sale. Maybe you will find the perfect souvenir of your stay too.
