bien situé pour le tourisme.quartier sympa. assez calme. gérante parlant bien français, très aimable et donne conseils. studio propre mais vétuste en particulier la salle de bains avec une ventilation bruyante et une douche peu pratique; escalier très raide, difficile avec les bagages.

Sao Vicente area

Good location, decent amenities, good communication with owner. Rather steep stairs to climb to the second floor. Interesting neighborhood, lots to explore.
