This cosy rental apartment is situated in the Champs-Elysées area, exactly on Rue Euler, just on the back of Avenue Georges V, well known by international business people because of famous hotels, restaurants and nights clubs.

The apartment is located at the 4th floor (via lift) of a 20th century building.. It is fully air conditioned as well as the building. It is a 30 square meters studio apartment furnished by a sofa convertible in a comfortable double bed, a second sofa convertible for 2 persons, a wide cupboard, a dining table.
The kitchenette is equipped by a fridge with freezer, electric contact grill, combined oven-microwave, coffeemaker and toaster, and kitchen utensils.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist total überholungsbedürftig. Altes Mobiliar, kaputte Schranktür, Safe funktioniert nicht, laute Geräusche durch defekte Glastür im EG. Balkon verdreckt und Stühle auf dem Balkon färben ab. Im Bad defekte Fliesen. Sofa total verdreckt und ungastlich. Einmal reicht. Preis unangemessen. Keine Reaktion auf sofortige Reklamation.
