Large apartment in a two-family house, in a residential area, in the historic center and near the shopping streets (near San Vitale, the Domus of stone carpets, the National Museum and the Duomo, as well as 250 m from the civil hospital) , on the second and last floor of a two-family house. Accessible by car and in a convenient position for Mirabilandia direction.

Geräumige, italienisch eingerichtete Wohnung (alte Möbel, Gemälde) - Eigentümer sehr freundlich (wohnen im gleichen Haus) - zentrale Lage (wenige Gehminuten zur Fußgängerzone und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Ravennas) - kostenfreier Parkplatz ca. 150 m entfernt - Lampen zum Lesen etwas dunkel

Wunderbare Stadtwohnung

Wir haben uns zu fünft in der großzügigen und hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Eigentümern wurden wir überaus herzlich empfangen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es stehen Spül-und Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Sehr gute Betten, Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer. Mit 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral. Einziger Minuspunkt: Da die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist, steht leider nur ein Balkon, an eines der Schlafzimmer angeliefert, zur Verfügung. Das Profilfoto mit Garten erschien uns im Nachhinein unpassend und wir haben einen direkten Gartenzugang vermisst. Die Wohnung ist aber auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie is geräumig und vieles ist vorhanden. Die Umgebung is ruhig und bis zum Zentrum sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten. Antonio und Monica sind sehr liebe, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ein nächstes Mal würden wir die Wohnung gerne wieder benutzen.

Prachtig stijlvol appartement

Fijn verblijf van 5 nachten in een zeer ruim stijlvol appartement. Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren, "de onderburen". Appartement bevindt zich in een rustige groene buurt met het stadscentrum op loopafstand. Goede parkeergelegenheid in de omgeving. Heerlijk geslapen. Een aanrader.
