Very nice

Very nice smaller apartment with a large terrace. It's really only a few minutes to the beach. The owners are very pleasant and can help with anything. The location was quiet at this time of year.

Würde 10 Sterne geben wen ich könnte.Alles war super.Sehr nette Gastgeberin.Bis zum mehr sind es nicht Mal 50 Meter man geht aus den Haus raus und ist schon fast am Strand.Die Gastgeberin bittet auch kostenlos an das man Schirm und Liegen für den Strand mitnehmen kann alles in Preis inbegriffen.Muss man natürlich dann wieder aufräumen wen man nach Hause geht.Hat alles super funktioniert Waschmaschine Spülmaschine die Betten waren echt bequem und der riesige Balkon war der heileit mit den super Ausblick ans Meer.Man hat auch einen Privaten Parkplatz Überdacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg. Und die Preise sind ehrlich gesagt nicht so viel teurer als bei uns in Deutschland. Natürlich manche Sachen etwas teuerer und manche etwas günstiger.Basar ist jeden Dienstag ab ich glaub 18 Uhr kann man von einheimischen Obst Früchte Käse alles mögliche kaufe ich würde nicht sagen billig aber auch nicht teuer aber dafür mega lecker.Jeden Donnerstag auch ab 18 Uhr gibt es dort noch einen Trödelmarkt auch echt schön.Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und sind sehr dankbar für den Aufenthalt. Für den Preis mit 8 Personen und 2 Hunden kann man echt nix Falsch machen was wir bezahlt haben.Liege Grüße an die Gastgeberin und an Sergo Aus Deutschland Maxim

sehr nette, zuckersüße Vermieter. Waren immer in greifbarer Nähe bei fragen. Check in und Check out war problemlos. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Das Appartement war sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Eine Mega große Terrasse. Kein WLAN. Leider ging die waschmaschine kaputtt. Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Lage am Strand ist sehr praktisch. Catarina und Sergio waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Lokale und Restaurante gegeben. Danke, wir kommen sicher wieder!

Come andare al mare dai nonni (che non sapevi di avere)

Posizione al centro di tutto comodo sia per i riservati che per i pigri, se invece cambiate idea, a 5 minuti avete pure il centro con tutte le attrazioni. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e la farmacia era lí, eravamo stanchi? Ascensore. Ops non abbiamo il materiale da spiaggia, lo avevano loro. Caldo? Condizionatore. I bimbi scalciano per la spiaggia? Scendi le scale e sei arrivato. Le signore vogliono rilassarsi? Terrazzone. Mancanza di fuffi? Te lo porti in vacanza. Ho paura di sbagliare? Chiedi a Caterina che ti spiega le regole del condominio. Dove mollo la macchina? Parcheggio tuo coperto numerato. Tutto recintato. Puoi fumare. Mobilio funzionale e moderno, infissi non isolati standard, tv smart. Basta che lasci pulito e in ordine e sei civile. Siamo gente stanca e stressata e abbiamo gradito poter quadrare il cerchio delle vacanze in fretta in furia spendendo poco, avendo dei proprietari disponibili e comprensivi.

Ottima posizione vicino al mare

Erholsamer Urlaub direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Appartmentkomplex mit direktem Strandzugang. Die Anlage ist rundum gesichert. Ein überdachter, gesicherter Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern beschrieben, tatsächlich gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit 4 Betten und zwei Doppelschlafsofas in der Wohnküche. Ansonsten entspricht alles der Beschreibung - großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden, ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Toll ist die riesige Terrasse, die auch unser Hund liebte. Ein Teil der Terrasse ist überdacht, so dass man immer draußen sein kann. Auch Liegestühle sind vorhanden. Ein weiteres Plus ist der Garten der Vermieter, der mitgenutzt werden kann und zum Strand hin gelegen ist. Dort gibt es auch Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme für den Strand - direkt vor der Anlage ist die spiaggia libera. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Lido Adriano.

Calliope con terrazzo enorme

Ci siamo trovati bene, la casa è datata ed ha bisogno di essere ristrutturata almeno per quanto riguarda il bagno e gli infissi, ma molto funzionale, fornita di tutto e comodissima alla spiaggia che si trova proprio sotto casa, inoltre ha un terrazzo grandissimo che affaccia sul mare. I proprietari disponibili e simpatici, il paesino è adatto in special modo alle famiglie con bimbi, inoltre fanno un mercatino simpatico fino a notte. Insomma, nell'insieme è stata una bella vacanza, ci torneremo!

casa terrazzo sul mare

siamo una famiglia di 6 persone (4 figli maschi),ci siamo trovati molto bene ,posto tranquillo ,casa molto funzionale e fresca , terrazzo stupendo , mare bello e con molte conchiglie (unico neo un po' di meduse) , negozi alimentari tutti vicino , proprietari disponibili gentili e cordiali.

Le foto non rendono bene....L'appartamento è piccolino..ma molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario..e noi comunque ci siamo stati benissimo in 5 più il nostro cane! Il terrazzo è immenso! Il mare davvero sotto casa....e nei dintorni si trova un po' di tutto!Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo! :)

Vi siete trovati bene e avete voluto scrivere una generosa recensione. Questo ci ripaga davvero con abbondanza del lavoro e delle sudate che abbiamo sostenuto poco prima del vostro arrivo e via via durante tutto l'estate per rendere la casa adeguata e accogliente. Bellissima vacanza e mare favoloso

Lido Adriano È stata una bellissima vacanza,l'appartamento era perfetto;il proprietario e disponibilissimo ad ogni nostra richiesta.Il mare veramente bello con la spiaggia libera a 50 metri da casa ,praticamente sotto vedi foto....erano anni ke sulla riviera romagnola non vedevo un mare cosí.....granchi....ostriche....paguro....e tv...praticamente a Riva. Appartamento e proprietario consigliato. Grazie Sig.Sergio bella vacanza. Forti Gianmario
