Perfect location less then 2 minutes walk to the Port . The apartment has everything you need, very clean and well air conditioned. Balcony has the most gorgeous view of the pool. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be returning.

Clean compact apartment perfect for two. Access to the pool, 2 minute walk to Puerto Duquesa, 5 minutes to the beach and Mercadona. Everything was in walking distance so no need for a car. Sunny balcony and quiet area, thank you! Could do with some more basics such as sugar, oil, dishwashing liquid etc things that everyone uses but that was only a minor thing!

Excellent location

The position of the property in the urbanisation was lovely overlooking the pool. Location was excellent being only an easy short walk into the port. Apartment itself is a bit tired and would benefit from some TLC. We didn’t use any of the cooking facilities as there were lots of restaurants close by Shower head could do with being replaced. Beds were comfy enough.

Almadraba 313. Wonderful apartment.

Great location. Only 10 minutes walk to the marina where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Only small issue we had was getting into the apartment. The door to the apartment has a “deadlock”, something I’ve not used in a while needing two full turns, then a quarter turn to open the door. Once done it’s second nature.

The property was fantastic, apartment was situated overlooking the pool. Not much cupboard space in kitchen but we never cooked, so fine. We flew from Bristol to Malaga, so had to get 2 buses and taxi from airport!! Which was tiring as it was 22.30 by the time we reached apartment. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Having to take keys back to estate agents was inconvenient as we had to be at airport for 05.00!!

Loved the position of apartment for easy access to DuQuesa and Sabinillas. Nice sunny Terrace and comfortable beds. Lovely view of golf course. No towel rails and toilet roll holder. Mirrored sliding door on wardrobe jams and difficult to open. Cushion covers grubby and frayed. Crack on toilet seat. No English tv or Wi-Fi. No hand towel in kitchen or table placemats or serving dishes. No comfortable chairs on terrace. Shower over bath a problem for older people.

The apartment was lovely and the complex was very we'll kept 1 air-conditioning not working properly and when on a fowl smell of sewage. 2 no change of bed linen or towels for the duration of our stay. 3 it would be nice to have an awning on the balcony

Another amazing holiday!

This is our second stay at this apartment and we absolutely feel at ease here. The proximity to Duquesa, Castillo and Sabinillas is everything that we need. The apartment complex is beautiful, very clean, the grounds are really well cared for. The apartment itself is very spacious and the terrace has lovely views. The service from Duquesa Estates is very professional. We had an issue with a couple of things in the apartment and these were dealt with very efficiently within a few hours - thank you Megan. From our own experiences I can't really think of anything!

Excellent apartment well situated for both the marina and Sabinillas. Spotlessly clean complex with excellent facilities. The apartment was also spotless and well presented.
